Este relatório de estágio descreve a experiência e as atividades desenvolvidas durante o
período de estágio de 400 horas realizado no Closum no departamento de Marketing, com
ínicio a 7 de novembro de 2023 e términio a 6 de março de 2024. O objetivo principal do
estágio foi colocar em prática os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos ao longo do mestrado
em Markeitng Digital, bem como desenvolver competências profissionais.
Durante o estágio, foram realizadas várias atividades, incluindo a elaboração de
newsletters e emails informativos, redação de artigos de blog, otimização SEO para
artigos de blog e para o webiste e também copywriting para redes sociais.
Entre as dificuladades enfrentadas, destaco a falta de experiência prática, a gestão de
tempo e a comunicação. Para superar esses desafios tornei-me uma pessoa mais
autodidata, com a máxima de “aprender fazendo”.
Ao longo do relatório de estágio foram feitas sugestões e recomendações ao Closum, para
que no futuro consiga melhorar alguns aspetos, de modo a conseguir melhores resultados.
A oportunidade de estagiar no Closum, foi uma experiência valiosa que contribuiu para
o desenvolvimento das minhas aptidões profissionais e para a consolidação dos
conhecimentos adquiridos durante o mestrado.
This internship report describes the experience and activities carried out during the 400 hour internship at Closum in the Marketing department, which began on november 7 th 2023 and ended on March 6 th 2024. The main objective of the internship was to apply in practice the theoretical knowledge acquired during the Master's programme in Digital Marketing, as well as to develop professional skills. During the internship, various activities were carried out, including drafting newsletters and informative emails, writing blog articles, SEO optimisation for blog articles and the website, as well as copywriting for social networks. Among the difficulties I faced were a lack of practical experience, time management and communication. To overcome these challenges, I became a more self-taught person with the maxim of "learning by doing". Throughout the internship report, suggestions and recommendations have been made to Closum so that in the future it can improve certain aspects in order to achieve better results. The opportunity to do an internship at Closum was a valuable experience that contributed to the development of my professional skills and the consolidation of the knowledge acquired during my master's degree.
