| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório tem como objetivo descrever o estágio realizado, relatando as tarefas realizadas no contexto do mesmo, desde medição, orçamentação e direção de obra e por fim, desenvolver dois temas distintos adequados ao ramo de Mestrado. No relatório apresenta-se a empresa onde decorreu o estágio e a sua estrutura organizacional. Seguidamente descrevem-se as diversas tarefas desenvolvidas no âmbito do mesmo, e as obras de maior relevância acompanhadas. Para cada uma das obras acompanhadas é feita a descrição das tarefas desempenhadas juntamente com um levantamento fotográfico. Durante o estágio foi desenvolvido um estudo sobre manutenção de diversos tipos de coberturas incluindo a elaboração de um plano detalhado de intervenção de coberturas. Nestes constam as inspeções realizadas às coberturas das diversas escolas pertencentes à Câmara Municipal de Matosinhos, o respetivo levantamento fotográfico das anomalias encontradas e as tabelas modelo para os custos estimativos da intervenção. Por fim foi desenvolvido o tema: Análise da melhoria do desempenho energético e hídrico numa reabilitação. Este foi aplicado a uma habitação cujas obras de remodelação foram acompanhadas no decorrer do estágio, onde se pretende estudar e avaliar as soluções aplicadas no edifício de forma a propor diferentes soluções e melhorias ao seu desempenho. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report aims to summarize the performed training period, reporting the performed tasks, such as measurement, preparation of budgets, project management and finally the development of two themes integrated into the Masters specialization. The report entails the presentation of the company where the internship occurred and its organizational structure. Followed by the description of the several tasks developed and an list of the construction sites accompanied. For each of the construction sites, was made detailed description of the tasks, together with a photographic survey. During the internship it was developed a study over the maintenance of diverse roof top systems, along with detailed inspection plan. The study involves the inspections of several school buldings belonging to the Municipality of Matosinhos, along with detailed photographic survey and tables with the estimated costs of intervention. Finally was developed the following theme: Analysis of improvement in energy and water performance in rehabilitation. This was applied to a home whose reconstruction was accompanied during the internship, aiming to study and evaluate the solutions applied in the building in order to propose different solutions and improvements to its performance. | pt_PT |
