No presente relatório, a mestranda descreve o seu processo de formação no que concerne à Prática Educativa Supervisionada nos contextos de Educação em Creche e de Educação Pré-Escolar.
A Educação de Infância é crucial no desenvolvimento humano e, consequentemente, no processo de aprendizagem das crianças, sendo imprescindível a mobilização dos diversos pressupostos teóricos que realçam a importância das interações de qualidade no ambiente educativo. Com o intuito de realizar uma prática pedagógica adequada, a mestranda desenvolveu competências referentes ao domínio da observação, da planificação, da ação e da reflexão. A intencionalidade educativa das suas ações, permitiu que a educadora estagiária reconhecesse a flexibilidade como uma mais-valia no percurso de aprendizagem profissional.
A Metodologia da Investigação contribui para a capacidade de autoavaliação da formada, transformando-se numa aprendizagem profissional e pessoal. A Metodologia de Trabalho de Projeto refletiu a importância de uma educação holística, na qual, o adulto de referência se torna um elemento mediador do processo de descoberta das crianças.
As aprendizagens profissionalizantes adquiridas ao longo da Prática Educativa Supervisionada tornaram-se também competências pessoais. Uma postura ética e assertiva, cuidadosa e empática são atitudes fundamentais nas interações que desenvolvemos ao longo da vida.
In this report, the master's student describes her training process as it concerns Supervised Educational Practice in the contexts of Nursery and Pre-school Education. Early Childhood Education is crucial to human development and, consequently, to children's learning processes. It is fundamental to this process to put in pratice the various theoretical assumptions that focus on the importance of quality interactions in the educational environment. In order to carry out an appropriate teaching practice, the master's student developed skills in the areas of observation, planning, action and reflection. The educational intentionality of her actions allowed the trainee teacher to recognize flexibility as an asset in her professional life. The Research Methodology contributes to the trainee's capacity for self-assessment, transforming it into professional and personal learning. The Project´s Methodology reflected the importance of a holistic education, in which the reference adult becomes a mediating element in the children's process of discovery. The professionalizing learning acquired during the Supervised Educational Practice also became personal skills. An ethical and assertive posture, combined with a generally caring and empathetic disposition are core to the approach for interations we will develop throughout life.
