In an era where sustainability, environmental responsibility, and resource efficiency are paramount concerns, Reverse Logistics plays a crucial role in modern supply chain management, offering a range of strategic and financial advantages to companies. It plays a critical role in facilitating the collection, return, and management of products, materials, or waste after they have been used by the customer. At BA Glass, the importance of Reverse Logistics is not overlooked, and it is increasingly becoming an essential activity both in terms of sustainability and in reducing the costs of purchasing packaging materials. The focus of this case study is the production units of the mentioned industrial group, located in Southwestern Europe, where there is a greater need for attention, improvement, and standardization of local processes related to the collection and treatment of returned materials. To achieve an improvement in Reverse Logistics processes, Lean tools were employed. Based on the most suitable tools, the current situation was observed and mapped, changes and adjustments were suggested, and an implementation plan was proposed. Additionally, all actors who will enable the implementation of these changes were identified. Although it was not possible to implement the suggested proposals before the completion of this work, the methodology used allowed for the presentation of solutions that could make the return process of packaging materials more seamless, automated, and efficient. In this way, it will also be possible to obtain
