Abstract(s)
A presente pesquisa permeia o Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com a Educação BĂĄsica na Modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos-EJA-EPT (PROEJA), que se vĂȘ em atual risco de depreciação. Diante desse contexto, investigaram-se estudantes matriculados e ex-alunos da EJA-EPT (PROEJA), tendo como objetivo identificar os fatores da PermanĂȘncia dos estudantes matriculados e como os ex-alunos avaliam os impactos da formação, como caso de sucesso, na vida pessoal e profissional. Os sujeitos da pesquisa eram cinco estudantes matriculados no curso tĂ©cnico em Administração integrado ao ensino mĂ©dio na modalidade EJA no IFMS, Campus Dourados e cinco egressos do curso tĂ©cnico em informĂĄtica integrado ao ensino mĂ©dio na modalidade EJA, da antiga Escola Agrotecnica Federal de CĂĄceres â EAFC, hoje IFMT Campus CĂĄceres Prof. OlegĂĄrio Baldo, totalizando dez participantes. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, caracterizada como um estudo de caso, em que se utilizaram para a recolha dos dados a entrevista estruturada via formulĂĄrio eletrĂŽnico, baseada em perguntas abertas, e para o tratamento dos resultados utilizou-se a anĂĄlise textual discursiva. Em resultado deste estudo foi possĂvel compreender a importĂąncia que a Instituição, IFMS, tem sobre esta modalidade educacional, despertando novas perspectivas em relação ao futuro, tornando-os cidadĂŁos mais preparados para a vida e o mundo do trabalho. Os resultados revelam impacto do programa na vida dos dez participantes, com repercussĂ”es a diversos nĂveis seja, profissionais, de desenvolvimento profissional, de oportunidades de formação superior, mas tambĂ©m com impactos mais pessoal, da sua satisfação e orgulho prĂłprios, do seu reposicionamento nos estratos sociais da sociedade. Acreditamos que os resultados apresentados sĂŁo relevantes para o fortalecimento, manutenção e melhoria das polĂticas pĂșblicas da EJA-EPT no Ăąmbito do IFMS. Estudos acadĂȘmicos com essa temĂĄtica Ă© escassa, logo Ă© oportuno, reconhecer a potencialidade do programa que gera impactos significativos para a educação de jovens, adultos e idosos, proporcionando educação integral, integrada e humanista.
This research permeates the National Program for the Integration of Professional Education with Basic Education in the Youth and Adult Education Modality-EJA-EPT (PROEJA), which is currently at risk of depreciation. In this context, enrolled students and alumni of EJA-EPT (PROEJA) were investigated, with the main objective of identifying the factors of Permanence of enrolled students and how the alumni assess the impacts of training, as a success case, on their personal and professional life. The research subjects were five students enrolled in the technical course in Administration integrated to high school in the EJA modality at IFMS, Campus Dourados and five graduates of the technical course in information technology integrated to high school in the EJA modality, from the former Federal Agrotechnical School of CĂĄceres - EAFC , today IFMT Campus CĂĄceres Prof. OlegĂĄrio Baldo, totaling ten participants. This is a qualitative and descriptive research, characterized as a case study, in which a questionnaire was used for data collection, with a structured interview outline (typically qualitative), based on open questions , and discursive textual analysis. As a result of this study, it was possible to understand the importance that the Institution, IFMS, has on this educational modality, awakening new perspectives for the future, making them more prepared citizens for life and the world of work. The results reveal the program's impact on the lives of the ten participants, with repercussions at different levels, whether professionals, professional development, higher education opportunities, but also with more personal impacts, from their own satisfaction and pride, from their repositioning in the strata social aspects of society. We believe that the results presented are relevant for the strengthening, maintenance and improvement of EJA-EPT public policies within the scope of the IFMS. Academic studies on this theme are scarce, so it is opportune to recognize the potential of the program that generates significant impacts for the education of young people, adults and the elderly, providing comprehensive, integrated and humanistic education.
