Abstract(s)
escalpelizadora e sorvendo a experiência obtida no estágio
This work intends to be a latitudinal and insightful reflection on the current state of artistic education of music in Portugal, especially on the particular case of Musical Training course. Thus, this work exposes three levels of analysis and development, based on a framework of macro-micro relationship, in the light of a holistic reasoning line. The first plan gives an insight into the specialized music teaching in Portugal, in particular because of the reform made in 2011/2012, which established new guiding principles of primary and secondary courses of music. Continuing this deep analysis and sipping the experience gained in the internship developed in Oporto Music Conservatory, will be followed by an in-depth reflection on pedagogical practice. Finally, articulating the plans mentioned above and serving us a qualitative approach, a research project is presented, consisting of interviews with musical training teachers on the Conservatories of Aveiro, Braga, Coimbra, Lisbon and Porto, which leads us to the primary objective of this work: to rethink the place of Musical Training in the artistic education of music in Portugal and enhance an aspiring thought and debate on this issue.
