| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório surge no seguimento do estágio que o autor realizou na Águas do Porto, E.M. (AdP), no âmbito da unidade curricular de Dissertação/Projeto/Estágio (DIPRE) lecionada no Mestrado em Engenharia Civil – Ramo de Infraestruturas do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP). O estágio curricular, desenvolvido na unidade orgânica de Obras e Projetos da AdP, teve como objeto de estudo os preços dos artigos que figuram no Mapa de Trabalhos e Quantidades (MTQ) em uso nesta entidade. No curso deste estudo, o autor colaborou em três subtarefas principais, todas relativas ao MTQ: i) obtenção de preços agregados atualizados para todos os artigos do MTQ; ii) obtenção de preços desagregados para um subconjunto do MTQ, constituído por doze artigos; iii) para estes doze artigos, comparação dos preços agregados atualizados com os que resultam da desagregação efetuada na subtarefa anterior. Para a realização destas subtarefas foram necessárias diversas ferramentas de trabalho, não só fornecidas pela unidade orgânica de Obras e Projetos (propostas de concurso, pormenores construtivos e Caderno de Encargos “tipo”), como também exploradas pelo autor (fichas de rendimento do LNEC e site Gerador de Preços). | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report follows on from the internship that the author carried out in Águas do Porto, E.M. (AdP), under the course of Dissertation/Project/Internship (DIPRE) taught in the Master in Civil Engineering – Infrastructures of Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP). This curricular internship was held at the organic unit of Obras e Projetos of AdP and had as the study object the prices of the items that appear in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in use in this entity. During this study, the author collaborated on three main subtasks, all related to the BOQ: i) obtaining updated aggregated prices for all the BOQ items; ii) price unbundling of a subset of the BOQ, consisting of twelve items; iii) for these items, compare the updated aggregated prices with the results of the price unbundling carried out in the previous subtask. In order to complete these subtasks, several work tools were needed, not only provided by the organic unit of Obras e Projetos (tender proposals, detailed drawings and standard Terms of Reference), but also explored by the author (LNEC tables of resources and Gerador de Preços website). | pt_PT |
