As instituições públicas do Brasil passaram por um grande processo de digitalização dos seus procedimentos e serviços seguindo os preceitos da Indústria 4.0. Neste mesmo cenário, o Instituto Feral da Rondônia - IFRO procurou aumentar a eficiência dos seus processos administrativos com a adoção de um sistema de processamento de documentos conhecido como sistema eletrónico de informações - SEI, que foi adotado em 2017 e está atualmente em uso. Apesar do longo período de utilização, desconhece-se qualquer investigação que procure conhecer a satisfação dos utilizadores do sistema em toda a instituição. Por esta razão, a investigação a seguir procurou conhecer a perceção da satisfação dos utilizadores do sistema através da aplicação adpatada do Modelo de Aceitação de Tecnologia (TAM). Trata-se de uma investigação exploratória de natureza quantitativa que buscou validar ou rejeitar hipóteses através da aplicação de um questionário. Os dados recolhidos mostraram que os vários constructos analisados através da correlação bivariada tinham uma relação positiva entre si e era possível validar todas as hipóteses da investigação. Concluiu-se também que os funcionários do IFRO percebiam a utilidade do SEI e que esta perceção influenciava significativamente a intenção de utilizar o sistema. Pode-se concluir ainda, que os funcionários estavam satisfeitos com o SEI e percebiam a sua influência na qualidade, agilidade e planeamento dos trabalhos na instituição.
Public institutions in Brazil have undergone a major process of digitization of their procedures and services following the precepts of Industry 4.0. In this same scenario, Instituto Feral da Rondônia - IFRO sought to increase the efficiency of its administrative processes with the adoption of a document processing system known as an electronic information system - SEI, which was adopted in 2017 and is currently in use. Despite the long period of use, there is no knowledge of any investigation that seeks to know the satisfaction of users of the system throughout the institution. For this reason, the following investigation seeks to know the perception of satisfaction of the users of the system through the adapted application of the technology acceptance model (TAM). This is an exploratory investigation of a quantitative nature that seeks to validate or reject hypotheses through the application of a questionnaire. The collected data showed that the various constructs analyzed through the bivariate correlation had a positive relationship with each other and it was possible to validate all the research hypotheses. It was concluded that IFRO employees perceived the usefulness of the SEI and that this perception significantly influenced the intention to use the system. It can also be concluded that the employees were satisfied with the SEI and perceived its influence on the quality, agility and planning of work in the institution.
