Abstract(s)
O projeto que se vai desenvolver tem como principal objetivo a implementação da nova Norma ISO 9001:2015 numa empresa de prestação de serviços externos no âmbito de medicina, higiene e segurança no trabalho.
No decorrer do projeto, implementei o sistema de gestão da qualidade, seguindo os pontos definidos na norma ISO 9001:2015, que foram eles, o contexto da organização, a liderança, o planeamento, o suporte, a operacionalização, a avaliação do desempenho e a melhoria. A maior dificuldade encontrada no passar do projeto, a empresa não ter nenhuns procedimentos documentados e a pouca disponibilidade para a implementação do mesmo.
Os resultados do projeto não foram os esperados, pois a empresa não se encontra disponível para implementação da ISO 9001:2015. Mesmo assim, com a finalização da elaboração do projeto pretende-se que a empresa, mais tarde detenha um sistema de gestão da qualidade e que num futuro próximo seja distinguida no mercado de trabalho, com uma melhoria da sua imagem, confiança acrescida nos processos de conceção, planeamento e principalmente seja conhecida pela sua excelência ao satisfazer as expetativas dos clientes.
