O presente relatório inserido na Unidade Curricular de DIPRE, do 2º ano do Mestrado em Engenharia Civil,
Ramo de Construções, do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, e desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio
curricular realizado na empresa Porto Vivo, SRU, apresenta as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo dos cinco
meses de estágio nos três núcleos que a estagiária integrou.
Durante o estágio realizaram-se atividades de análise de incentivos fiscais e acompanhamento de
atendimentos na Loja de Reabilitação Urbana (LRU), vistorias para determinação do estado de
conservação dos edifícios, vistoria de liberação de caução, acompanhamento de vistoria de segurança e
salubridade, plano de monitorização do Centro Histórico do Porto e acompanhamento de obras no Núcleo
de Gestão de Obras (NGO) e análise de documentos que constituem processos de licenciamento no
Núcleo de Licenciamento e Fiscalização.
Para além de uma apresentação geral das tarefas desenvolvidas, são relatadas com mais pormenor as
soluções construtivas de dois edifícios sujeitos a reabilitação urbana, cujas obras a estagiária acompanhou
enquanto integrou o NGO, e as metodologias de enquadramento de processos urbanísticos desenvolvidas
na LRU e no Núcleo de Licenciamento e Fiscalização.
The present report inserted in the course of DIPRE, lectured in the 2nd year of the Masters in Civil Engineering, Construction Branch, of Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, and developed under the traineeship held in the company Porto Vivo, SRU, presents the activities developed over the five-month internship in the three centers that the intern integrated. During the internship were carried out activities of analysis of tax incentives and follow-up assistances in Loja de Reabilitação Urbana (LRU), inspections to determine the conservation status of the buildings, inspection of bail release, monitoring inspection of security and sanitation, monitoring plan of Centro Histórico do Porto and monitoring works of construction in Núcleo de Gestão de Obras (NGO) and documents’ analysis that are part of licensing procedures in Núcleo de Licenciamento e Fiscalização. In addition to an overall presentation of the tasks performed, are reported in detail the constructive solutions of two buildings subjected to urban renewal, whose works the intern followed while integrated NGO, and the framing methodologies of urban processes developed in LRU and Núcleo de Licenciamento e Fiscalização.
