- Formação em segurança e saúde no trabalho: didática para enfrentar as dificuldades culturais de aprendizadoPublication . Sabóia, Alexandre Vieira; Pacheco, Maria de Fátima Castro Tavares MonteiroThis master's thesis aims to present the content of didactic methodologies aimed at solving the cultural learning difficulties of civil construction workers in the areas of health and safety at work. The work was structured in a systematic and interdisciplinary way, starting by addressing the legal context of occupational health and safety in Brazil, Portugal and the European Union. The work began with a literature review, and then focused on the management of safety and health at work, with a view to understanding the causes of occupational accidents, passing through indicators and monitoring, analyzing people management and adult professional education, especially professional education in the field of civil construction (which, being of an adult educational character, should be guided by the assumptions of andragogy). Finally, a short approach to the topic of occupational health and safety in Portugal was carried out, taking into account the European and international context. The main methodological procedure used was the empirical research carried out in six civil construction companies in the city of Vilhena, state of Rondônia, in Brazil, which provide training in occupational health and safety. This procedure was carried out through the completion of 72 questionnaires addressed to workers, supervisors and managers of the aforementioned construction companies, through which an attempt was made to identify and understand the difficulties faced by those individuals and assimilate the concrete content of the training provided by the companies, from the perspective of unveil its sufficiency or insufficiency. Based on the results of such questionnaires, it was possible to verify that the difficulties faced by the workers were directly related to the fact that they are adult and experienced professionals. In fact, all of them had previous knowledge and habits in the area, thus needing a not merely theoretical approach. Therefore, whenever it is necessary to request the participation of those individuals in training, such participation must be guided by andragogy, which presents its own didactics with greater practical interaction in teaching, providing the student with a feeling of motivation in learning, in order to better absorb and apply the teachings that have been transmitted to you.
- Satisfação laboral, engagement e burnout: estudo de caso no Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso do SulPublication . Silva, Aline Alves da; Araújo, Manuel Salvador Gomes deMensurar os níveis de satisfação laboral, engagement e burnout, principalmente naqueles cuja atividade está relacionada ao contato direto com o público, é fundamental para diagnosticar a qualidade do trabalho prestado dos servidores, assim como sua saúde física e mental. Neste sentido, objetivou-se com este trabalho identificar o nível de satisfação laboral, engagement e burnout dos servidores públicos no Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS). Esse estudo de caso refere-se a uma pesquisa quantitativa, transversal, descritiva, correlacional e preditiva. Foram aplicados 4 questionários, onde 3 foram para os principais temas estudados, e por último o questionário sobre o perfil sociodemográfico da amosta estudada. Para mensurar a satisfação laboral, foi utilizado o questionário Satisfação Laboral S10/12; já para o engagement, foi utilizado o questionário Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES); e por último, o Inventário de Burnout de Maslach (MBI) para medir o burnout. Para avaliar as diferenças entre os grupos formados foram utilizados testes paramétricos (teste T) e não paramétricos (Mann-Whitney) quando existiam duas amostras e o teste não paramétrico de (Kruskal-Wallis) quando eram mais de 2 amostras. O coeficiente de Spearman também foi avaliado para verificar a existência da associação entre as dimensões satisfação laboral, engagement e burnout, utilizando o programa Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM-SPSS, versão 26). Com uma população de 1304 servidores, obteve-se 413 respondentes, onde foi verificado que os servidores estão com elevada satisfação laboral, e em relação à dimensão engagement, 39,71% dos servidores apresentam elevada absorção, 37,77% apresentam médio vigor e 35,11% apresentam baixa dedicação; já em relação à dimensão de burnout, 36,06% apresentam baixa realização pessoal (RP), 34,38% apresentam elevada exaustão emocional (EM) e 33,90% apresentam baixa despersonalização (DP). Em relação ao burnout, sugere-se a implementação de medidas que aumentem a RP e reduzam os índices de EM por parte do IFMS.

Energy intake was found to positively predict bone mass accruals only in female dancers at femoral neck. Vocational dancers can be a risk population to develop osteoporosis.
