O objetivo primordial desta investigação Ă© conhecer o atual perfil profissional dos profissionais de Recursos Humanos (RH) em Portugal, relativamente Ă identificação das principais funçÔes que assumem na atualidade como tambĂ©m na identificação das competĂȘncias que detĂȘm.
Foram analisados 615 perfis do Linkedin, com vista a identificar as principais caraterĂsticas dos intervenientes da GestĂŁo de Recursos Humanos (GRH) em Portugal, com recurso Ă tĂ©cnica de anĂĄlise de conteĂșdo.
Os resultados desta investigação sugerem que atualmente os profissionais de RH não se regem pelos referenciais organizadores da profissão de RH. Os profissionais de RH apresentam-se com novas designaçÔes nas diversas åreas funcionais de RH.
A consciencialização dos perfis e percursos profissionais contemporĂąneos de RH contribuirĂŁo para reflexĂ”es fundamentadas a nĂvel da profissionalização, educação e formação dos campos dos RH.
Sendo uma ĂĄrea emergente, devido Ă ausĂȘncia de estudos sobre este tema, este estudo evidencia a potencialidade das caraterĂsticas dos profissionais de RH como um fator importante para a caraterização da GRH.
The main objective of this research is to know the current professional profile of Human Resources (HR) professionals in Portugal, regarding the identification of the main functions they assume nowadays as well as the identification of their competences. 615 profiles from Linkedin were analyzed, with the objective of identifying the main characteristics of the GHR professionals in Portugal, using the content analysis technique. The results of this research suggest that currently HR professionals arenÂŽt governed by the organizing references of the HR profession. HR professionals introduce themselves with new nomenclatures in the various functional areas of HR. Awareness of contemporary HR profiles and professional paths will contribute to reasoned reflections in terms of HR professionalization, HR education and HR training. Being an emerging area, due to the absence of studies on this topic, this study highlights the potential of the characteristics of HR professional as an important factor for the GHR characterization.
