Abstract(s)
O presente estudo pretende realizar uma análise aprofundada referente aos aspetos da gestão de
tesouraria, nomeadamente a sua natureza e origem dos problemas de gestão da tesouraria da
empresa Electra SA, e que fatores influenciam a mesma. Comparando as práticas feitas pela empresa
com as práticas recomendadas, e posteriormente apresentar soluções que visam melhorar a situação
da empresa.
Por via de instrumentos considerados essenciais no estudo deste tema, será identificado quais as
determinantes micro e macroeconómicas que possam explicar a evolução financeira da empresa.
Existem diversos fatores que implicam com a gestão de tesouraria de uma empresa ("Gestão de
tesouraria: o que faz esse setor da empresa e sua importância", 2019), desde um mau controlo do
crescimento da empresa, uma estrutura financeira inadequada, fraca rentabilidade, políticas de gestão
inadequadas. Aspetos estes que tendem estar na origem de problemas estruturais da gestão de
tesouraria.
Os resultados do estudo mostram que a empresa Electra, SARL enfrenta problemas de tesouraria de
natureza estrutural, originados pela estrutura de financiamento inadequada, fraca rendibilidade e
política de gestão inadequada. As soluções propostas para o problema são: aumento dos capitais
próprios; rentabilização seu ativo total líquido; os investimentos em ativos permanentes deveriam ser
financiados com origens de fundos permanentes e investimentos temporários com origens
temporários; controlo de gestão rigorosa e maior flexibilidade na adoção se medidas corretivas.
The present study intends to carry out an in-depth analysis regarding aspects of treasury management, namely the nature and origin of the treasury management problems at the company Electra SA and what influences it. A comparison between the practices made by the company with the best recommended practices will be made, and then there’ll be presented solutions that aim to improve the company's situation. Through instruments considered essential in the study of this theme, the micro and macroeconomic determinants that can explain the company's financial evolution will be identified. There are several factors that affect a company's treasury management ("Treasury management: what does this sector of the company do and its importance", 2019), from poor control of company growth, inadequate financial structure, poor profitability, inadequate management policies. These aspects tend to be at the origin of structural problems in treasury management. The results of the study show that the company Electra, SARL faces structural treasury problems, caused by an inadequate financing structure, poor profitability, and inadequate management policy. The proposed solutions to the problem are to: increase in equity; monetizing your total net assets; investments in permanent assets should be financed with permanent fund sources and temporary investments with temporary sources; strict management control and greater flexibility in adopting corrective measures.
