Abstract(s)
Este projeto de intervenção apresenta os pressupostos, a estratégia e os procedimentos realizados para dar resposta a potencialidade selecionada na entidade acolhedora de estágio, a empresa Shortcut, Lda.
A Shortcut obteve a certificação na NP4427:2004 e para o cumprimento da referida norma foi proposto a empresa a criação de um sistema de gestão de desempenho. Este sistema é pertinente e uma mais-valia para a referida empresa, nomeadamente para melhorar a gestão dos recursos humanos.
O sistema de gestão de desempenho é um processo exigente que permite o alinhamento entre os objetivos organizacionais e os objetivos individuais dos seus colaboradores. Disponibiliza ainda à organização um conjunto de informações que auxiliam no processo de decisão, bem como no desenvolvimento de medidas para corrigir eventuais problemas.
Neste projeto apresenta-se um sistema de avaliação de desempenho para a Shortcut. Na metodologia, as técnicas de recolha de dados utilizadas foram a análise documental, normativa e empírica, conversas informais e a observação dos colaboradores/diretores no decorrer da realização das suas funções. Assim, com base na informação obtida, foram definidos os objetivos pretendidos para este projeto que permitiram a conceção do planeamento estratégico, com a definição da estratégia, dos respetivos âmbitos e objetivos estratégicos. A partir deste, foi definido o planeamento operacional, através da definição dos objetivos operacionais e respetivas atividades a desenvolver, bem como a calendarização e os momentos de avaliação do projeto.
Ao longo do projeto, concebeu-se um conjunto de instrumentos orientadores do sistema, nomeadamente um descritivo de funções, um portefólio de competências bem como uma lista de indicadores para avaliar cada função. Foi também criado um manual do sistema de gestão de desempenho.
A implementação deste projeto deu origem a um novo sistema de gestão de desempenho individual, com o respetivo manual do sistema e os instrumentos necessários para a sua concretização. Conclui-se, desta forma, que o projeto colmatou uma lacuna então existente.
This intervention project presents the assumptions, strategy and procedures for responding to the selected potential in the welcoming internship entity, Shortcut, Lda. Shortcut has obtained NP4427:2004 certification, so in compliance with that we proposed the creation of a performance management system to the company. This system will be relevant and a valuable asset to the company. mainly to get better the human resources management. A performance management system is a demanding process that allows the alignment between organizational goals and employees' individual purposes. It also offers the company a set of information that can assist in decision-making, as well as in developing measures to correct any problem that may occur. This project presents a system of performance assessment for Shortcut. The data collection methodology used was document analysis, as well as empirical and normative analysis, informal conversations and the observation of employees/directors while performing their duties. So that, from the obtained information, the goals of this project were defined as well the strategic planning, including the scopes and the strategic goals. After that, it was defined the operational planning, which includes the operational goals, activities to develop, the timings and the evaluation moments of this project. In the course of this project, a function's analysis and description was conducted, a skills portfolio and the required indicators to evaluate each function were set. A manual for the individual performance management system of Shortcut was also created. The implementation of this project gave rise to a new individual performance management system, with its corresponding system manual and the required instruments for its realization. We can, therefore, conclude that the project has filled an existing gap.
