Abstract(s)
A prática educativa supervisionada que levei a cabo, foi desenvolvida no
âmbito da unidade curricular Integração Curricular: Prática Educativa e
Relatório de Estágio do Mestrado Profissionalizante em Ensino do 1.º e 2.º
Ciclos do Ensino Básico teve lugar na Escola Básica e Jardim de Infância de São
Tomé na Escola EB2,3 Pêro Vaz de Caminha, pertencentes ao Agrupamento de
Escolas do Amial.
O presente relatório visa refletir sobre a minha evolução pessoal e
profissional alcançada através do trabalho colaborativo desenvolvido com o
par pedagógico, o duplo par pedagógico, os orientadores cooperantes e os
supervisores institucionais.
Desta forma, pretende-se evidenciar a construção contínua de uma
atitude investigativa e reflexiva, desenvolvida através de práticas educativas
inclusivas, mobilizando saberes científicos, pedagógicos e didáticos que
adquiri ao longo da licenciatura e dos dois anos de formação neste Mestrado.
Da prática educativa supervisionada, saliento a utilização de estratégias
diversificadas durante as minhas práticas, com o intuito de promover o
sucesso educativo individual e de todo o grupo. A constante observação e
reflexão facilitaram e transformaram a minha ação, fomentando a construção
de aprendizagens ao nível do meu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional.
É de destacar o registo como fator marcante neste relatório, a análise da
minha acção pedagógica, bem como as fragilidades sentidas em ambos os
contextos, que debatidas com o meu par de estágio e com os professores de
várias áreas e ciclos potenciaram a reflexão e a investigação de forma a
construir a identidade do professor generalista do Ensino Básico.
The supervised internship in education was part of the course unit Curricular Integration: Educational Practice and Internship Report of the professional master’s in Teaching in the 1st and 2nd cycles of basic education. The internship took place in São Tomé’s nursery and primary school and Escola EB 2,3 Pêro Vaz de Caminha, in the schools grouping of Amial. The aim of this report is to show my personal and professional development which was accomplished through collaborative work with my internship partners and supervisors. This report shows there was a continuous development of an investigative and reflective aproach. That development took place through inclusive teaching pratices and applying the scientific, pedagogic and educational knowledge I learned while I was in the degree and the two-year master. In the supervised internship, I emphasise the use of diversified strategies in order to promote individual and group educational success. My reflective attitude facilitated and improved my pratices, promoting the construction of learning in terms of my personal and professional development. The register is a striking factor in this report, the analysis of my pedagogical action, as well as the weaknesses experienced in both contexts. These weaknesses were discussed with my internship pair and teachers from various areas and cycles which led to reflection and research in order to build the identity of the primary school teacher.
