O presente relatĆ³rio retrata o estĆ”gio curricular desenvolvido no segundo ano do Mestrado em
Engenharia Civil - Ramo de ConstruƧƵes do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
O relatĆ³rio farĆ” primeiramente uma abordagem Ć s principais tarefas desempenhadas durante o
estĆ”gio bem como uma abordagem Ć empresa adjudicatĆ”ria da obra em anĆ”lise.
Seguidamente apresenta-se a obra em que se desenvolveu o estĆ”gio, āRequalificaĆ§Ć£o e ReabilitaĆ§Ć£o
de Vila Dā Este Fase IIā, onde serĆ” feita uma descriĆ§Ć£o do estado em que se encontravam os edifĆcios
antes de serem intervencionados, bem como das intervenƧƵes efetuadas.
Na sequĆŖncia da apresentaĆ§Ć£o da obra, serĆ” feita uma abordagem ao tema de estudo deste
relatĆ³rio, o Sistema ETICS. Este sistema com crescente procura no mercado, tem muitos parĆ¢metros
aos quais deve obedecer, pelo que neste relatĆ³rio serĆ£o apresentados todos os aspetos considerados
relevantes Ć sua correta execuĆ§Ć£o.
Para terminar serĆ£o verificadas as melhorias impostas por este Sistema. Inicialmente com uma
abordagem em termos energĆ©ticos e depois uma abordagem ao controlo da humidade e prevenĆ§Ć£o
das condensaƧƵes.
The present report portrays the curriculum internship developed in the second year of the master degree in civil Engineering ā Constructionās sector of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. The report will primarily do an approach to the main task performed during the internship, and to the contractor undertaking the work in question. Then the work developed during the internship is presented, āRequalificaĆ§Ć£o e ReabilitaĆ§Ć£o de Vila D` Este Fase IIā, were a description of the buildings shows the state before the intervention, as well a description of the state after the interventions. In sequence of the presentation of the work, will be done an approach to the main subject in study in this report, the ETICS. This system with increasing demand on the market, has many parameters to which we must obey, therefore in this report will be presented all of the aspects considered relevant to a proper execution. To finish the improvements imposed by this system will be checked. Primarily with an approach in energy terms and them to the humidity control and condensations problems.
