Neste ensaio explora-se o poder que o espaço que nos rodeia tem sobre nós e
sobre a nossa memória, quer pessoal quer coletiva, com especial foco no uso que o
Cinema Documental faz dos espaços para evocar sentimentos nostálgicos,
nomeadamente ao estabelecer uma relação com a passagem do tempo. Através da
realização do filme Enquanto as Borboletas Voarem e da análise de outras referências
cinematográficas, exploro a ligação que o espaço tem com as nossas memórias, com a
passagem do tempo e com a transcendentalidade do ser.
