| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório pretende descrever a experiência e a reflexão decorrente da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada no âmbito do mestrado em Ensino da Música, ramo de Instrumento – Violoncelo - e o Projeto de Intervenção “ Mini Maratona de Violoncelistas AMVP”. A Prática de Ensino Supervisionada permitiu a consciencialização de metodologias e estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem, desenvolvidas na prática educativa pessoal de forma empírica e intuitiva. A reflexão consequente do estágio conduziu à ideia subjacente ao Projeto de Intervenção. O contato semanal com outro professor de violoncelo e com outros professores de instrumento (respectivamente cooperante e colegas de mestrado) permitiu a partilha de experiências pedagógicas, o que potenciou a reflexão sobre o (des)equilíbrio entre motivação e exigência. Os resultados sugerem que o trabalho desenvolvido em grupo fomenta não só o desenvolvimento técnico e a motivação como o espírito identitário de uma classe de violoncelo. O estágio contribuiu para um desenvolvimento profissional, nomeadamente no que se refere a um ensino de violoncelo mais atento às especificidades de cada aluno e que não ignora o potencial da aprendizagem em grupo e, ainda, despertou a necessidade de colaboração entre pares no ensino. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report describes the experience and reflections resulting from the Supervised Teaching Practice of the Master course in Music Education, branch of Performance Teaching - Violoncello. It also contains the report of the Intervention Project “Mini Maratona de Violoncelistas AMVP”. The Supervised Teaching Practice enabled the awareness of methodologies and teaching strategies developed intuitively and empirically in the personal teaching practice. A self-reflection during the internship led to the underlying idea of the Intervention Project. Weekly meetings with other cello teacher (the cooperating teacher) and colleagues in the Master course gave rise to a fruitfull sharing of pedagogic experiences. This pointed to the subject of the balance between motivation and high demand level when teaching a musical instrument. The results suggest that group work promotes both technical expertise and motivation, and it also increases the identity of the violoncello class. This internship had a crucial effect on the professional development: it promoted a cello teaching practice more directed by the individual characteristics of each student, but also the potencial of group work. Finally it made clear the importance of collaboration among peers (teachers and students). | pt_PT |
