Abstract(s)

The data were obtained through a survey, using the convenience method, delivered to small and medium-sized companies in the footwear sector, where a sample of 100 people was obtained. According to the quantitative results obtained, it was possible to perceive that happiness at work is correlated with the employee's motivation, since sex significantly influences the levels of happiness at work. However, the happiness at work variable does not vary according to the employee's seniority.
