| dc.description.abstract | O presente Relatório de Estágio constitui um documento de avaliação no âmbito da unidade curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada (PES), que integra o Plano de Estudos do Mestrado em Ensino do 1º Ciclo de Ensino Básico (CEB) e de Português e História e Geografia de Portugal no 2º CEB da Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico do Porto. O objetivo deste documento é realizar uma reflexão consciente da prática educativa concretizada, tendo em conta que este processo contribui para a formação pessoal e profissional da mestranda, que desde sempre adotou uma atitude crítica, reflexiva e investigativa. Ao longo do progresso, foi necessária a revisitação e a análise refletidas da ação e, consequentemente, das opções didático-pedagógicas que orientam uma prática de excelência. Assim, foi possível traçar um percurso em que a melhoria da qualidade de ensino foi determinante para a identidade docente. Posto isto, destaca-se o trabalho realizado, não só em par pedagógico, mas também em colaboração com os professores do agrupamento e professores supervisores (tendo em conta o ciclo da supervisão). Na prática docente, são fundamentais os momentos de debate e de reflexão para que a prática seja, na sua completude, informada, criativa e rigorosa, sendo fundamentada em princípios e valores partilhados. Ao longo da PES,a mestranda privilegiou atividades adequadas às necessidades do público-alvo, bem como aos interesses dos mesmos, de forma a construir aprendizagens significativas para o desenvolvimento holístico e integral de todas as crianças. O projeto de investigação-ação foi realizado tendo em consideração as dificuldades da turma do 5.º ano do 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (CEB). Por essa razão, a mestranda procurou, através de estratégias didático-pedagógicas, motivar os alunos para a literatura e a aprendizagem do português. | dc.description.abstract | The present internship report consists of a document of evaluation for the Supervised Teaching Practice (PES) course unit, which is included in the study programme of the Master Degree in Teaching the 1st Cycle of Basic Education and Portuguese and History and Geography in the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education from the School of Education of the Polytechnic lnstitute of Porto. The purpose of this document is to make a consistent reflection of the educational practice executed, having in mind that this process contributes to the personal and professional training of the master's student, who always adopted a criticai, reflexive, and investigative attitude. Throughout the process, a revisitation and a reflective analysis of action were necessary and, consequently, of the didactic-pedagogical options that conduct a practice of excellence. Therefore, it was possible to build a path in which the improvement of the teaching quality was determinant to the teacher identity. That said, the work executed stands out, not only with the intern partner but aiso in harmony with the teachers of the school groupings and the supervising teachers (having in mind the cycle of the supervision). During the teaching practice, the moments of debate and reflection were fundamental for the intern to be, in its fullness, informed, creative, and rigorous. Throughout the Supervised Teaching Practice course unit, the master's student has had the privilege to promote appropriate activities to the needs of the target audience,the children, as well as their interests, in a way of building significant learning opportunities for the holistic and integral development of ali children. The project of the investigation was executed by taking in consideration the needs/difficulties of the Sth grade class of the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education and, for that reason, the master's student looked up, through didactic-pedagogic strategies, to motivate the students to literature and the learning of Portuguese. That said, the teacher being trained tried to accomplish the constant exercise of articulation between theory and practice,while experiencing challenging moments of the teaching profession. | pt_PT |
