Estudar a relação entre liderança transformacional, clima organizacional e desempenho significa apreender toda uma realidade para então compreender os verdadeiros significados que possam servir como fatores para a dinâmica da influência do estilo da liderança, em específico, a liderança transformacional, em relação ao fortalecimento e a predominância de um clima organizacional saudável e desempenhos individual e organizacional superiores.
O objetivo fundamental desta investigação consubstancia-se assim na análise do impacto da liderança transformacional e do clima organizacional no desempenho, no contexto do Instituto Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM).
O estudo foi dividido em duas partes. Na primeira parte, realizamos a revisão da literatura dos constructos que o integram. Na segunda, procedemos ao estudo empírico compreendendo uma abordagem quantitativa com recurso à análise estatística, a fim de interpretar e sustentar o modelo de investigação a partir de um questionário aplicado aos servidores da Reitoria do IFTM.
Os principais resultados desta investigação demonstram que a liderança transformacional potencia um clima organizacional adequado e saudável e níveis de desempenho superiores. O clima de Gestão em Equipe e humanizada e Gestão de sinergia são preditores da liderança transformacional onde o clima organizacional é definido como um clima quente e aconchegante, relações de sinergia e trocas de qualidade. E ainda a gestão em equipe humanizada favorece o comportamento de liderança de gestão norteadora e motivação ao aperfeiçoamento. Constatamos ainda que o Clima Organizacional influencia positivamente o Desempenho, potencializando o Monitoramento e excelência do desempenho sendo decisivo para o foco no processo de trabalho, busca pela excelência, o relacionamento interpessoal e a boa comunicação. Paralelamente, a liderança transformacional projeta um impacto positivo no desempenho, o líder cujo comportamento é capaz de inspirar e motivar seus seguidores a compartilhar de suas expectativas de excelência e qualidade, influenciar a eficiência do desempenho e promover a visão estratégica do indivíduo.
Studying the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational climate, and performance means grasping the whole of a reality and then understanding the true meanings that may serve as factors for the dynamics of leadership style influence, in particular, transformational leadership, in relation to empowerment and predominance of a healthy organizational climate and superior individual and organizational performance. The fundamental objective of this research is thus to analyze the impact of transformational leadership and organizational climate on performance in the context of the Federal Institute of the Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM). The study was divided into two parts. In the first part, we review the literature of the constructs that integrate it. In the second, we proceeded to the empirical study comprising a quantitative approach using statistical analysis, in order to interpret and sustain the research model from a questionnaire applied to the servers of the Rectory of the IFTM. The main results of this research demonstrate that transformational leadership empowers an adequate and healthy organizational climate and superior levels of performance. The climate of Humanized Team management and Synergy management of synergy are predictors of transformational leadership where the organizational climate is defined as a warm and warm climate, synergy relations and quality exchanges. And yet the management in a humanized team favors leadership behavior of guiding management and motivation for improvement. We also note that Organizational Climate positively influences Performance, enhancing Performance Monitoring and excellence being decisive for the focus on the work process, search for excellence, interpersonal relationship and good communication. At the same time, transformational leadership projects a positive impact on performance, the leader whose behavior is able to inspire and motivate his followers to share their expectations of excellence and quality, influence the efficiency of performance, and promote the individual's strategic vision.
