Abstract(s)
Com o objetivo de concluir o mestrado em Marketing Digital no ISCAP, elaborei este
relatório detalhado para analisar as atividades que realizei durante o meu estágio
curricular supervisionado. O estágio decorreu na Wise Pirates, uma empresa reconhecida
pela sua abordagem inovadora no setor de marketing digital. Este período de estágio teve
uma duração total de 400 horas, abrangendo concretamente o intervalo entre 5 de
fevereiro de 2024 e 3 de maio de 2024. A minha escolha por esta entidade para o estágio
curricular foi motivada não apenas pela qualidade da empresa, mas, sobretudo, pelo
desejo genuíno de consolidar os conhecimentos teóricos que fui adquirindo ao longo do
mestrado, através de uma aplicação prática e efetiva.
Durante o estágio, observei e participei ativamente em várias áreas fundamentais do
marketing digital, dedicando especial atenção ao planeamento e à gestão de redes sociais,
assim como ao copywriting e à criação de anúncios no Meta Ads. A experiência foi
enriquecedora e, em consequência, constitui uma etapa crucial para a aquisição de
competências práticas que se revelarão extremamente úteis para a minha futura inserção
no mercado de trabalho. Essa vivência prática permitiu-me desenvolver uma
compreensão mais profunda das dinâmicas do setor, aprimorar habilidades para o
desempenho prosseguido da minha carreira e garantir uma experiência relevante que
tenciono aplicar nas minhas futuras atividades profissionais.
Ao longo deste período, participei em diversas reuniões, colaborei na elaboração de
campanhas publicitárias e realizei análises de desempenho das ações implementadas.
Cada uma dessas atividades testou a parte teorica, mas também me desafiou a encontrar
soluções práticas e criativas para os problemas que surgiam no quotidiano da empresa.
Este relatório também pretende servir como referência útil para futuros colegas no campo
do marketing digital através da análise detalhada das estratégias implementadas e das
ferramentas utilizadas, bem como da literatura consultada para fundamentar o trabalho.
Poderá auxiliar a profissionais a compreenderem as melhores práticas do setor e a
aplicarem conceitos teóricos em contextos reais.
In order to complete my Master’s in Digital Marketing at ISCAP, I have prepared this detailed report to analyze the activities I carried out during my supervised curricular internship. The internship took place at Wise Pirates, a company recognized for its innovative approach in the digital marketing sector. This internship lasted a total of 400 hours, specifically between February 5, 2024, and May 3, 2024. My decision to choose this company was driven not only by its high quality but also by my genuine desire to consolidate the theoretical knowledge acquired during the master’s program through practical and effective application. During my internship, I actively observed and participated in several key areas of digital marketing, with a particular focus on social media planning and management, as well as copywriting and creating ads on Meta Ads. This enriching experience proved to be a crucial step in gaining practical skills that will be extremely valuable for my future entry into the job market. The hands-on experience allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of the industry's dynamics, refine critical skills for my career advancement, and gain relevant and robust experience that I intend to apply in my future professional endeavors. Throughout this period, I participated in various meetings, collaborated in the creation of advertising campaigns, and conducted performance analyses of the implemented actions. Each of these activities tested the theories I had learned but also challenged me to find practical and creative solutions to everyday problems in the company. This report also aims to serve as a useful reference for future colleagues in the field of digital marketing through the detailed analysis of the implemented strategies and tools used, as well as the literature consulted to support the work.
