Abstract(s)
Este trabalho pretende, numa primeira parte, compreender o processo ensino-aprendizagem no curso profissional de instrumentista de jazz da Art´J, a partir de um estágio curricular. Na segunda parte, pretende compreender o conceito de criatividade através de uma extensa revisão bibliográfica e, em formato de reflexão crítica relacionar com os dados recolhidos na observação e participação no presente mestrado.
Com este trabalho pretende-se perceber, por um lado, que práticas criativas existem neste curso profissional, através do confronto dos conceitos investigados, com a prática e observação realizadas no estágio. Por outro lado, de que forma a criatividade surge reflectida nos documentos das instituições reguladoras. E, ainda, se há um reflexo das práticas criativas através das temáticas das Provas de Aptidão Profissional dos alunos, em seis gerações deste curso.
A investigação conclui que existem práticas criativas na natureza do jazz e que são potenciadas pelo seu processo ensino-aprendizagem. Verifica, também, que existe uma
direccionalidade no seu ensino, condicionada pela lógica imitação-reprodução e, ainda, que existem conflitos entre as condições para a criatividade e a estrutura e desenho curricular da escola. E, por fim, que existe a possibilidade de a escola ser um espaço de ensino-aprendizagem mais criativo.
This work intends, in a first part, to understand the teaching-learning process in Art´J's professional jazz instrumentalist course, from a curricular internship. In the second part, it intends to understand the concept of creativity through an extensive bibliographical review and, in a critical reflection format, relate it to the data collected in the observation and participation in this master's degree. With this work it is intended to understand, on the one hand, what creative practices exist in this professional course, through the confrontation of the investigated concepts, with the practice and observation carried out in the internship. On the other hand, how creativity is reflected in the documents of regulatory institutions. And, still, if there is a reflection of the creative practices through the themes of the Professional Aptitude Tests of the students, in six generations of this course. The investigation concludes that there are creative practices in the nature of jazz and that they are enhanced by its teaching-learning process. It also verifies that there is a directionality in its teaching, conditioned by the imitation-reproduction logic, and also that there are conflicts between the conditions for creativity and the structure and curriculum design of the school. And, finally, that there is the possibility of the school being a more creative teaching-learning space.
