Abstract(s)
O estágio curricular foi desenvolvido num contexto empresarial, na empresa ASL & Associados, no âmbito da certificação energética de edifícios de habitação (REH) e de serviços (RECS). Após a introdução ao tema, da estrutura do relatório, das atividades desenvolvidas e ainda da apresentação da empresa onde se realizou o estágio, procede-se à descrição dos documentos regulamentares (decretos-lei, portarias e despachos) e respetivas atualizações referente ao comportamento térmico dos edifícios em Portugal. A responsabilidade pela gestão deste sistema nacional de certificação energética é da responsabilidade da ADENE. É depois abordado um caso de estudo aplicável. Este consiste na análise de uma habitação unifamiliar de tipologia T2 (com uma área útil de 94,76 m2 , apenas com piso térreo), situada na Avenida da Boavista, no Porto. Procede-se à apresentação das soluções construtivas e a verificação térmica das mesmas, recorrendo sempre aos valores regulamentares para verificar os requisitos mínimos impostos. Com recurso a uma ferramenta informática, mais especificamente o software REVIT, é possível determinar os custos energéticos anuais por metro quadrado, de uma habitação. Inicialmente apresenta-se o cálculo térmico para a habitação em análise, sendo que o REVIT permite a simulação de diferentes cenários com melhorias pré-definidas no software de uma forma mais célere, assim como verificar o seu custo. No final, é efetuada a comparação económica entre o valor inicial dos custos energéticos da habitação e o custo após alterações.
The curriculum internship was developed in a business context, at company ASL & Associados, about energy certification of residential buildings (REH) and services (RECS). After introduction of the topic, the structure of the report, the activities carried out and also the presentation of the company where the internship took place, a description is given of the regulatory documents (decrees, ordinances and orders) and respective updates regarding thermal behavior of buildings in Portugal. The responsibility for the management of this national energy certification system is the responsibility of ADENE. An applicable case study is then addressed. This consists of the analysis of a single-family dwelling of type T2 (with a floor area of 94,76 square meters, with only ground floor), located in Boavista’s Avenue, in Oporto city. The constructive solutions and the thermal verification of the same are presented, always using the regulatory values to verify the minimum requirements imposed. Using a computer tool, more specifically the REVIT software, it is possible to determine the annual energy costs per square meter of a dwelling. Initially, the thermal calculation for the dwelling in analysis is presented, and REVIT allows the simulation of different scenarios with predefined improvements in the software in a faster way, as well as to verify their cost. In the end, the economic comparison between the initial value of the energy costs of the house and the cost after changes is made.
