Abstract(s)
Nos dias de hoje, o setor da restauração vive num ambiente extremamente
exigente a nível inovador e dinâmico, uma vez que os consumidores procuram cada vez
mais ofertas variadas e distintas, que se adequem ao seu estilo de vida.
Neste sentido, o projeto apresentado foca o seu objetivo na criação e
implementação de um estabelecimento de restauração de serviço rápido e Drive-Thru,
que apresenta uma oferta não convencional de produtos saudáveis e ecologicamente
sustentáveis, atendendo assim às necessidades dos consumidores na vertente prática e
rápida, bem como nas vertentes económicas e saudáveis.
De forma a alcançar este objetivo, foi elaborado um plano de negócios, onde no
estudo do mercado foi utilizada a metodologia quantitativa, aplicada na realização de um
inquérito de forma a recolher dados sobre o potencial cliente-alvo do estabelecimento;
uma análise estratégica e competitiva de forma a definir o posicionamento da empresa
no mercado, e por último, uma análise financeira com o objetivo de compreender a
viabilidade da implementação do negócio.
Como principais resultados, obteve-se um VAL de 548.074€, uma TIR de 36,06%
e um Payback Period de 4 anos na perspetiva do projeto. Na perspetiva do investidor,
obteve-se um VAL de 979,204€, uma TIR de 43,41% e um Payback Period de 4 anos.
Conclui-se então, face aos resultados obtidos, com o VAL positiva nas duas
perspetivas, que o projeto é viável e irá avançar para a ronda de investidores.
Nowadays, the restaurant sector lives in an extremely demanding environment at an innovative and dynamic level, as consumers are increasingly looking for varied and distinct offers that suit their lifestyle. In this sense, the presented project focuses its objective on the creation and implementation of a fast service and Drive-Thru restaurant establishment, which presents an unconventional offer of healthy and ecologically sustainable products, thus meeting the needs of consumers in the practical and fast, as well as in economic and healthy aspects. In order to achieve this objective, a business plan was drawn up, where the quantitative methodology was used in the market study, applied in carrying out a survey in order to collect data on the establishment's potential target customer; a strategic and competitive analysis in order to define the company's position in the market, and finally, a financial analysis in order to understand the feasibility of implementing the business. The main results were a NPV of €548,074, an IRR of 36.06% and a Payback Period of 4 years from the perspective of the project. From the investor's perspective, a NPV of €979,204 was obtained, an IRR of 43.41% and a Payback Period of 4 years. It’s therefore concluded, given the results obtained, with a positive NPV in both perspectives, that the project is viable and will advance to the round of investors.
