Abstract(s)
O presente relatório representa a concretização de um Projeto de Educação e Intervenção Social,
denominado de "Crescer com as Emoções", orientado pela metodologia de investigação-ação
participativa (IAP). Foi desenvolvido numa instituição que tem como objetivo o acolhimento
temporário de crianças em situação de risco ou perigo, nomeadamente: vítimas de maus tratos,
negligência ou abandono. Com a finalidade de assegurar um projeto de vida que lhes garanta as
competências necessárias para a vida adulta, torna-se fundamental proporcionar-lhes um
ambiente saudável e favorável para o seu desenvolvimento pessoal, social e emocional.
Posteriormente à realização da análise da realidade, e elencados os problemas e identificadas as
necessidades, foi delineada a finalidade do Projeto: "Promover uma atmosfera socioemocional
mais harmoniosa e democrática, de forma a propiciar uma relação interpessoal mais positiva e
saudável entre as crianças". Neste sentido, foram definidos os seguintes objetivos gerais:
promover o estabelecimento de relações interpessoais mais saudáveis entre as crianças e
promover as competências emocionais das crianças. Deste modo, desenvolveram-se duas
ações: "Construindo relações" e "À descoberta das emoções". Para tal, construiu-se uma
intervenção que lhes fomentasse a oportunidade de um espaço livre de atividades lúdicopedagógicas
e de partilha, promovendo o fortalecimento de relações no grupo, aprendizagem de
interações mais adequadas e o desenvolvimento de competências pessoais, sociais e
emocionais. Os resultados do Projeto foram considerados como significativos, tendo sido
atingidos os objetivos traçados, que contribuíram para o bem-estar e o desenvolvimento integral
das crianças.
This report represents the implementation of an Education and Social Intervention Project, called "Growing with Emotions", guided by the participatory action-research methodology. It was developed in an institution whose objective is the temporary shelter of children in situations of risk or danger, namely: victims of mistreatment, neglect or abandonment. In order to ensure a life project that guarantees them the necessary skills for adult life, it is essential to provide them with a healthy and favorable environment for their personal, social and emotional development. After the reality analysis was carried out, and the problems were listed and the needs identified, the purpose of the Project was outlined: "To promote a more harmonious and democratic socioemotional atmosphere, in order to provide a more positive and healthy interpersonal relationship among children". In this sense, the following general objectives were defined: to promote the establishment of healthier interpersonal relationships among children and to promote children's emotional skills. In this way, two actions were developed: "Building relationships" and "Discovering emotions". To this end, an intervention was constructed that would provide them with the opportunity of a free space for recreational-pedagogical activities and sharing, promoting the strengthening of group relationships, learning of more appropriate interactions and the development of personal, social and emotional skills. The results of the Project were considered significant, having achieved the objectives outlined, which contributed to the well-being and integral development of children.
