Abstract(s)
Este estudo tem como principal objetivo refletir sobre o papel desempenhado pelo produtor criativo no processo produtivo do documentário português.
Neste âmbito, é pertinente compreender os atributos que lhe estão subjacentes, a sua intervenção na conceção artística do documentário, a consequente influência que este exerce sobre o filme e, ainda, proceder à análise do impacto que os constrangimentos financeiros têm na estrutura produtiva do documentário, em Portugal.
Através de uma pesquisa qualitativa de caráter exploratório, com recurso ao estudo de caso do documentário “Pirotecnia” e a entrevistas realizadas a profissionais especializados no género, apresenta-se um projeto teórico prático que ilustra a importância do produtor criativo no documentário e da permanente relação de comunicação entre produtor e realizador.
