Abstract(s)
O presente relatório espelha o processo formativo tendo sido elaborado enquanto requisito parcial para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, conforme previsto no Complemento Regular Específico do Curso. Deste modo permitiu criar um momento de reflexão crítica e sistemática sobre a Prática Educativa Supervisionada que constituiu um ponto-chave no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional e capacidade de articular teoria e prática.
Sustentando este percurso formativo numa metodologia que se aproximou da Investigação-Ação, foi através das suas etapas inerentes de observação, planificação, ação, avaliação e reflexão que a docente-estagiária agiu de modo intencional, segundo os interesses e necessidades das crianças dos diferentes contextos, e consequentemente transformou a sua prática num momento imprescindível de mobilização de conhecimentos, capacidades, competências e atitudes que a tornaram capaz para a profissão docente. A par disso, o processo supervisionado sustentado numa metodologia colaborativa permitiu a partilha de saberes e experiências que enriqueceu a pessoa e o profissional que sou. Neste contexto serão expostas potencialidades adquiridas e construídas, assim como limites, a desenvolver ao longo da vida.
The following report aims to illustrate the developed activities, having been elaborated as partial requirement to obtain the degree of Master Degree in Preschool Education and 1st Cycle of Basic Education, as provided for in the Regular Specific Course Completion. Thus, the report developed a systematic and critical thinking about Supervised Educational Practice, which was a key point in personal and professional development and ability to articulate theory and practice. Supporting this training path in a methodology that approached Research-Action, was through its inherent stages of observation, planning, action, evaluation and reflection that the trainee teacher acted in an intentional way according children interests and needs, in different contexts, and consequently transformed her practice into an essential moment of mobilization of knowledge, skills, competences and attitudes that made her capable to the teaching profession. In addition, the supervised process supported by a collaborative methodology allowed the sharing of knowledge and experiences that enriched the person and the professional that I am. In this context, will be exposed acquired and constructed potentialities, as well as limits, to develop throughout life
