| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio resulta do desenvolvimento do Projeto de Educação e intervenção social, intitulado como “O Outrora de Hoje”, realizado num centro de dia. O objetivo do mesmo foi a construção de um trabalho coconstruído, com os demais atores sociais. Para tal, este projeto teve como sustentação a metodologia de Investigação-Ação-Participativa (IAP), e como modelo de avaliação CIPP (i.e., contexto, “input”/entrada, Processo, Produto) de Stufflebeam & Shinkfield (1995), que pressupõe quatro momentos de avaliação, consignado na sua designação. A confluência da metodologia IAP, com o modelo de avaliação CIPP, permitiu um conhecimento aprofundado da realidade e um desenho de uma intervenção com base nas necessidades dos atores sociais, que almejavam uma mudança nos seus quotidianos. Para um conhecimento mais profundo da realidade em questão, foi também igualmente importante a mobilização de diversas técnicas de investigação, nomeadamente: conversas intencionais, observação participante e análise documental. Estas, permitiram dar voz aos interventores sociais e dessa forma possibilitar a identificação dos problemas e necessidades sentidos por estes, o que levou a ambicionar como finalidade “proporcionar à comunidade institucional, um melhor relacionamento interpessoal”. O projeto que aqui se evidência, encontra-se organizado em três ações. A ação A, intitula-se como “olhar e recordar para contar”; ação B “caminhando lado a lado” e ação C “em busca de um trabalho em equipa”. Estas ações contemplam um conjunto de atividades, que procuram o alcance de quatro objetivos gerais e seus objetivos específicos. Os seus resultados espelham a reflexão conjunta de um trabalho realizado pelos atores sociais desta instituição, onde a dedicação e o envolvimento, foram o ponto central de partida para uma efetiva mudança. Deste modo, com a iniciativa e motivação de todos os interventores sociais, foram colhidos frutos significativos, e deste modo alcançada a mudança para uma melhor qualidade de vida destas pessoas, que até então, não tinham perceção do seu “eu”, e do quanto as suas memórias e as suas vivências seriam importantes para a sua redescoberta. | dc.description.abstract | This internship report results from the development of the Education and Social Intervention Project, entitled “Once in a while”, held in a Day Care Center. The main aim of it was the construction of a co-constructed work, with the other social actors. For this purpose, this project was supported by the participatory methodology of Action-Research (AR), and the Stufflebeam & Shinkfield (1995) evaluation model CIPP (i.e. context, input, process, product) which integrates four moments of evaluation, consigned in its designation. The confluence of the AR methodology, with the CIPP evaluation model, allowed a deep knowledge of the reality and a sketch of an informed intervention of the social actors needs, which wanted a change in their lives. For a deep knowledge of the reality in question, it was equally important the mobilisation of several research techniques, such as: intentional conversations, participant observation and documentary analysis. These techniques gave voice to the social auditors, and, in this way, identify some problems and needs felt by them, which led to the ambition of “providing the institutional community a better interpersonal relationship”. This project is organised in three actions: Action A entitled as “look and remember to tell”; Action B “walking side by side”, and Action C “the search of teamwork”. These actions contemplate a set of activities, which sought the achievement of four general objectives and their specific objectives. Their results shows a joint reflection, of a work carried out by the social actors of this institution, where dedication and involvement were the starting point for na effective change. In this way, with initiative and motivation of all social auditors, which allowed us to get good things from it, and this way, achieving the change and to make these people's lives better, who, until then, had no perception of their “I”, and how much their memories and life experiences would be important to their rediscovery.
