Abstract(s)
semiestruturadas, aplicadas a diversos atores do contexto escolar (gestores,
This research has as main objective to know the degree of participation of the educational community in the elaboration, implementation and monitoring of the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP), and its repercussions in the integral formation of the students, in a school of the Municipality of Santana do Araguaia - State of Pará, Aiming at the formation of active citizens in a constantly changing society. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology was chosen, using documental analysis and semi-structured interviews, applied to several actors in the school context (managers, pedagogical coordinators and teachers). The results show that the different actors interviewed participate in the various phases of PPP development, reflect together on the difficulties encountered and propose changes with a view to improving the quality of education. However, it has been recognized that the participation of parents and students is very small, notwithstanding the attempts made by the management team to promote greater involvement on the part of these actors, so that they commit themselves to accompany the school life of their students. Another difficulty was the lack of resources, which has been overcome with strategies at the school level. By taking on the commitment to involve all those involved in the educational process, the management team shows that it is aware of the responsibility to promote a collaborative work that allows the transformation of the practices in order to improve the teaching and learning process in a positive environment, of joint reflection, and where decision-making takes different points of view into account.
