| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio apresenta as atividades desenvolvidas durante o período de estágio curricular na empresa NCREP – Consultoria em Reabilitação do Edificado e Património, Lda. Inicialmente apresentam-se, detalhadamente, dois dos casos de estudo acompanhados no decorrer do estágio. No caso de estudo 1 será apresentada uma descrição geral do edifício, do sistema estrutural e dos elementos e materiais que o constituem, assim como uma avaliação dos danos encontrados, indicando a sua localização e as causas prováveis para a sua ocorrência. Por outro lado, no caso de estudo 2, para além dos pontos acima referidos, são apresentadas as principais intervenções estruturais globais que se consideram importantes realizar, tendo em conta os resultados obtidos nas ações descritas anteriormente. O contacto com a análise de diversos casos práticos tornou evidente a importância da utilização de fixações em intervenções de reforço/reabilitação em elementos estruturais de alvenaria de pedra. No entanto, a literatura especializada sobre o tema é escassa sobretudo do ponto de vista da aplicação prática das fixações. A conjugação destes fatores incentivou a investigação nesta área, o que orientou os objetivos do presente trabalho de forma a alargar o conhecimento sobre a aplicação de ancoragens químicas em elementos de alvenaria. Neste sentido, é analisado, através de uma campanha de ensaios realizados em paredes de alvenaria de granito dum edifício antigo do Porto, o comportamento ao arrancamento de ancoragens químicas em pedra, bordo e junta. Por fim, foi elaborada uma proposta de dimensionamento de ancoragens químicas para os modos de rotura que surgiram na execução dos ensaios, a partir de ábacos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The following internship report presents the activities that were developed during the curricular internship period at NCREP – Consultoria em Reabilitação do Edifícado e Património, Lda. Two of the case studies are initially presented in detail, which were accompanied throughout the internship. In the first case study, it will be presented an overall description of the building, the structural system, and the elements and the materials that are part of it. There is also an evaluation of the damages found, indicating its location and the probable causes for its happening. On the other hand, in the second case study, besides the points mentioned above, the main global structural interventions which are important to perform are presenting, bearing in mind the obtained results in the actions previously described. The contact with the analysis of several practical cases enhanced the importance of anchoring systems in reinforcement/rehabilitation interventions in structural elements of stone masonry. Meanwhile, the specialized literature about the subject is scarce, especially from the practical application of the metal injection anchors. The conjugation of these facts has incentivated the investigation in this area, which has oriented the goals of the current work in order to widen the knowledge about the application of this type of application system on masonry elements. This way, the behaviour of the pull out strength of the metal injection anchors anchorages in stone, edge and joints is analysed through a campaign of rehearsals in granite masonry walls of an old building in Oporto. Finally, it was elaborated a proposal for the design of metal injection anchors coinciding diferente rupture modes, in the form of design abacus. | pt_PT |
