Olhando para os docentes de Formação Musical podemos ver que existe uma identidade profissional dentro de cada um, baseada nas vivências enquanto aluno aquando da sua formação académica e também uma construção da mesma ao longo do seu percurso profissional. O presente relatório de estágio desenvolve-se a partir da prática de observação e aplicação de práticas letivas no contexto do mesmo, e de um Projeto de Investigação no qual o objetivo é perceber de que forma fatores como a formação académica e a identidade profissional podem influenciar as práticas dos professores de formação musical. A metodologia utilizada no presente estudo partiu da entrevista realizada a 4 professores de formação musical, de diferentes gerações e posteriormente uma observação de aula, por forma a tomar conhecimento de como constroem as suas práticas e de que maneira aplicam as mesmas aos seus alunos. Desta forma, o relatório de estágio desenvolve-se ao longo de três capítulos: no primeiro, é realizada uma reflexão sobre a disciplina de Formação Musical, uma contextualização do Pólo de Estágio e uma caracterização das turmas da prática de ensino supervisionada; no segundo, reflete-se sobre o percurso feito no contexto do estágio, as dificuldades surgidas; por último, surge o Projeto de investigação relacionado com A Importância da Formação Académica e da Identidade Profissional Docente na Construção das Práticas Letivas em Formação Musical no ensino básico, no qual se pôde perceber que a formação e a identidade de cada docente ocupam um lugar de destaque, e que existem perspetivas distintas sobre como se deve e pode proceder à construção e ao desenvolvimento das práticas letivas.
Looking into Musical Education teachers we can observe that exists a professional identity inside each one of them, based on the experiences lived as a student from their academic education and from a construction of the same during their professional career. The following internship report is developed based on observation and applying educational practices in the context of the same internship, and from an Investigation Project in which the objective is to understand in what way factors like the academic education and professional identity can influence the practices of Musical Education teachers. The methodology used in the following essay began by interviewing four Musical Education teachers, from different generation and afterwards a class observation, with the objective of noticing how these teachers construct their practices and in what way the apply the same to their students. Following this order, the internship report develops over these three chapters: in the first chapter, is realized a reflection about the Musical Education subject, a contextualization of the internship pole and a characterization on the class of the educational practice under supervision; on the second chapter, it is reflected on the developments made in the context of the internship, the difficulties that appeared; In the last chapter, it emerges the Investigation Project related to the Importance of Academic Education and the Teachers Professional Identity in the Construction of Teaching Practices in Musical Education in basic education, in which you can understand that the education and identity of each teacher occupy a highlight spot, and that exists distinct perspectives on how you should and could proceed to the construction and development of the educational practices.
