Abstract(s)
O presente relatório reporta o trabalho desenvolvido durante o estágio curricular enquadrado no ciclo de estudos do Mestrado de Engenharia Civil do Ramo de Construções. A duração do estágio, inserido em ambiente empresarial, compreendeu, excecionalmente um período de nove meses decorrido na empresa Iperplano. Durante este período foi possível acompanhar a fase de acabamentos da Construção de Centro Comercial MAR Shopping Algarve. Inicialmente são abordadas as diversas funções da Fiscalização neste empreendimento, fazendo uma breve referência do processo decorrido na fase de seleção do empreiteiro e mecionando todas as suas ligações e responsabilidades até à fase final de entrega do empreendimento. Explicando importância relativamente ao controlo de custos, qualidade, planeamento e ambiente. Posteriormente são descritas as várias situações presenciadas, descrevendo o que foi executado relativamente aos vários temas acompanhados ao longo do estágio. Fazendo ainda menção às diversas soluções construtivas utilizadas em obra e referindo quais os variados materiais utilizados. Adicionalmente são relatados alguns dos problemas que foram ocorrendo ao longo do desenvolvimento da obra, realizando a sua descrição e indicando quais as soluções que foram adotadas para as suas devidas correções. Por último é elaborada uma reflexão e um balanço de todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do estágio, indicando de uma forma geral quais os prós e contras da fiscalização no decorrer da fase de construção do empreendimento.
This report is related to the work developed during the curricular internship included in the cycle of studies of the Master in Civil Engineering related to the Construction. The duration of the internship, inserted in business environment, exceptionally comprised a period of nine months, held in the company Iperplano. During which was possible to follow the finishing phase of the Mar Shopping Algarve Shopping Center Construction. In the beginning of this report is referred the various functions of the Inspection in this project, so it makes a brief reference of the process that took place during the selection phase of the contractor and all its connections and responsibilities, until the final phase of delivery of the project. Explaining the importance in controlling costs, quality, planning and the environment. Subsequently, the various situations witnessed are described, describing what was done in relation to the various themes followed throughout the stage. Also mentioning the various constructive solutions used in the work and referring to the various materials used. In addition, some of the problems that have occurred during the development of the work are described, describing them and indicating which solutions have been adopted for their correct corrections. Finally, a reflection and a balance of all the work carried out during the internship is elaborated, indicating in general the pros and cons of supervision during the construction phase of the project.
