Abstract(s)
Neste documento pretende-se demonstrar a importância da comunicação interna num
setor cuja dinâmica tem as suas particularidades e desafios e onde as Pessoas, com o
respetivo envolvimento, alinhamento e compromisso, são fundamentais.
Em primeiro lugar, apresenta-se como relevante proceder a uma reflexão teórica de
enquadramento sobre os conceitos fundamentais relacionados com a comunicação
interna, destacando-se a importância que a comunicação interna desempenha na
indústria, com especial enfoque na Desicor.
Em segundo lugar, apresenta-se uma caracterízação global da DESFO Holding, incluindo
também dados relativos à Desicor, como parte integrante do universo DESFO, por forma
a conhecer melhor a empresa objeto do projeto.
Entretanto, em terceiro lugar, é partilhada a framework de comunicação interna criada
e implementada com vista a criar rituais e reuniões que promovessem a transparência,
partilha de informações, a clareza nos objetivos e a redução de falhas. Essa framework
inclui reuniões como a "All Hands Meeting", reuniões de diferentes durações, desde 60
minutos até 5 minutos, e envolve toda a organização, desde a direção até as equipes de
produção e é considerada essencial para criar um ambiente onde os colaboradores
estejam alinhados com a estratégia, motivados e comprometidos com os objetivos da
empresa. Essa estrutura de comunicação representa um compromisso com a criação de
uma cultura de cooperação, inovação e partilha que prepara a organização para
enfrentar o futuro com confiança.
Em último lugar, são apresentadas as principais conclusões da implementação da
framework de comunicação interna, com destaque para os resultados do survey
realizado com o objetivo de aferir eventuais melhorias que a implementação da
framework tenha originado.
In this document, we aim to demonstrate the importance of internal communication in an industry with its own dynamics, peculiarities, and challenges, where People, with their involvement, alignment, and commitment, are crucial. Firstly, it is relevant to proceed with a theoretical reflection on the fundamental concepts related to internal communication, emphasizing the role of internal communication in the industry, with a specific focus on Desicor. Secondly, we provide an overview of DESFO Holding, including data related to Desicor, as an integral part of the DESFO universe, to gain a better understanding of the company under study. Thirdly, we share the internal communication framework created and implemented to establish rituals and meetings that promote transparency, information sharing, clarity of objectives, and error reduction. This framework includes meetings such as the "All Hands Meeting," meetings of varying durations, ranging from 60 minutes to 5 minutes, involving the entire organization, from management to production teams. It is considered essential for creating an environment in which employees are aligned with the company's strategy, motivated, and committed to its objectives. This communication structure represents a commitment to building a culture of cooperation, innovation, and sharing, preparing the organization to face the future with confidence. Finally, we present the key conclusions of the internal communication framework implementation, highlighting the results of the survey conducted to assess potential improvements resulting from the framework's implementation.
