| dc.description.abstract | presente relatório de estágio vem demonstrar o percurso de formação da mestranda ao longo da sua prática pedagógica. Neste sentido, é realizada uma abordagem reflexiva acerca da ação educativa praticada no contexto de educação em creche e educação pré-escolar, com o intuito de descrever e analisar o trabalho desenvolvido pela formanda. Assim sendo, a discente recorre à abordagem dos processos educativos desenvolvidos ao longo do ano de estágio, sendo estes a observação, a planificação, a ação, a avaliação e a reflexão, inerentes à investigação-ação, todos eles em articulação com os referenciais teóricos e legais que sustentaram a ação da mestranda. Um educador de infância, de modo a intervir de forma fundamentada, deve considerar as caraterísticas do seu grupo, agindo de acordo com as necessidades e interesses das crianças. Para que tal aconteça, importa que o profissional de educação mantenha um olhar atento, observe diretamente e se questione sobre a realidade, com o objetivo de construir hipóteses e soluções. Deste modo, torna-se fundamental avaliar constantemente a sua ação de forma a poder melhorá-la. Todo o relatório integra práticas educativas participativas e democráticas, bem como a imagem de criança enquanto ser repleto de potencialidades, completamente ativo no seu processo de aprendizagem e construção de conhecimento. Desta forma, a prática da formanda assenta numa perspetiva construtivista, na medida em que, para além da aprendizagem individual, este processo é praticado em conjunto, no qual o educador assume um papel fundamental na criação de desafios e na identificação dos problemas do dia-a-dia, importantes para a criança. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This internship report demonstrates the path of a graduate student training throughout her teaching practice. In this sense, a reflective approach of the educational action in the context of education in kindergarten and pre-school education is taken, in order to describe and analyze the work performed by the trainee. Therefore, the student uses the approach of educational processes developed throughout the internship year, these being the observation, planning, action, evaluation and reflection inherent in the research-action, all in articulation with the theoretical and legal frameworks, that supported the master student action. A kindergarten teacher in order to intervene in a reasoned manner, should consider the characteristics of its group, acting in accordance with the needs and interests of children. In order for this to happen it is important that the education professional keeps an watchful eye, directly observe and ask itself about the reality, with the goal of building hypotheses and solutions. Thereby, it becomes essential to constantly assess ones action to improve it. The entire report integrates participatory and democratic educational practices, as well as the image of the child as an individual with full potential, fully active in their learning process and knowledge construction. Therefore, the practice of the trainee is based on a constructivist perspective, to the extent that, in addition to the individual learning, this process is practiced in a community, in which the teacher plays a key role in creating challenges and identifying problems of the daily life, which are important to the child. | en |
