dc.description.abstractCom o objetivo de melhorar a cultura de segurança da organização promovendo práticas seguras de trabalho e um ambiente de trabalho saudável, foi definido como objetivo estratégico da organização a implementação de uma Sistema de Gestão de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, através do referencial normativo ISO 45001:2018. Inicialmente realizou-se uma análise comparativa da ISO 45001:2018 com o sistema de Gestão da Qualidade já implementado, de acordo com a ISO 9001:2015. Esta análise permitiu observar quais os requisitos da ISO 45001:2018 que já estavam a ser cumpridos e quais os que necessitavam ser cumpridos. Após a análise comparativa e utilizando a metodologia de investigação- ação, procedeu-se à revisão e elaboração de processos e procedimentos que estavam em falta ou que não cumpriam com as temáticas de segurança e saúde no trabalho. O processo de implementação não foi concluído durante o prazo definido no projeto. A auditoria interna realizada ao sistema revelou falhas, não conformidades. Visando a sua resolução, estas não conformidades foram agrupadas num plano de ações. Esse processo será posteriormente concluído dentro da organização, não fazendo parte do objetivo inicialmente definido para o presente projeto.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractTo improve the safety culture of the organisation by promoting safe working practices and a healthy working environment, the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System through the ISO 45001:2018 standard was defined as a strategic objective of the organisation. Initially, a comparative analysis of ISO 45001:2018 was carried out with the Quality Management System already implemented, according to ISO 9001:2015. This analysis allowed us to observe which requirements of ISO 45001:2018 were already being complied with and which needed to be complied with. After the comparative analysis and using the action-research methodology, processes and procedures that were missing or did not comply with the themes of safety and health at work were revised and designed. The implementation process was not completed within the timeframe defined in the project. The internal audit carried out on the system revealed failures, non-conformities. To solve these non-conformities were grouped in an action plan. This process will be later completed within the organisation and is not part of the objective initially defined for this project.pt_PT
