| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório tem como foco detalhar as experiências e tarefas desempenhadas durante o período de estágio na empresa PALM SROC, Lda., com ênfase na temática da Auditoria Financeira e da Certificação Legal de Contas. A estrutura deste documento é composta por quatro partes distintas, as quais abordam diferentes aspetos do estágio. Na primeira secção será apresentado o enquadramento teórico da auditoria financeira em Portugal e os aspetos principais da temática, bem como o planeamento, a materialidade, o risco de auditoria e o desfecho final de uma auditoria, isto é, a Certificação Legal das Contas. Na segunda secção, abordam-se as metodologias de investigação, onde são deliberados os métodos para obter resposta às questões formuladas na etapa inicial. Aqui, é desenvolvido o Modelo de Análise, o qual conecta as perguntas de investigação com as asserções que as abordam. A terceira secção direciona-se à apresentação da empresa, delineando os serviços oferecidos, os recursos tangíveis e humanos disponíveis, além de destacar as áreas de atuação dos clientes atendidos pela organização. São também detalhadas as atividades desempenhadas ao longo do estágio, tanto no ambiente de escritório como em ambiente de trabalho de campo. Irão ser discutidas as experiências adquiridas, os desafios enfrentados e as aprendizagens significativas. Esta parte ressalta as práticas adotadas, os procedimentos realizados e a integração das teorias aprendidas com as práticas do mundo real da auditoria financeira. Por fim, são expostas as conclusões decorrentes desta experiência de estágio, acompanhadas por uma análise global que visa avaliar e sintetizar toda a aprendizagem, desafios e contribuições obtidas ao longo deste percurso. | dc.description.abstract | This report focuses on detailing the experiences and tasks performed during the internship period in the company PALM,SROC, Lda., with emphasis on the topic of Financial Auditing and Legal Certification of Accounts. The structure of this document is composed for four distinct parts, which address different aspects of the internship. In the first section, the theoretical framework of financial auditing in Portugal and the main aspects of the subject will be presented, as well as the planning, materiality, audit risk and the final outcome of an audit, which is the Legal Certification of Accounts. At the second section, the research methodologies are discussed, where the methods to obtain answers to the questions formulated in the initial stage are deliberated. Here, the Analysis Model is developed, which connects the research questions with the assertions that address them. The third section is aimed at the presentation of the company, outlining the services offered, the tangible and human resources available, in addition to highlighting the areas of activity of the clients served by the organization. The activities performed throughout the internship are also detailed, both in the office environment and in the fieldwork. Experiences gained, challenges faced and significant learnings will be discussed. This part highlights the practices adopted, the procedures carried out, and the integration of the theories learned with the real-world practices of financial auditing. Finally, the conclusions arising from this internship experience are presented, accompanied by an overall analysis that aims to evaluate and synthesize all the learning, challenges and contributions obtained along this path.
