No âmbito da obtenção do grau de Mestre em Engenharia Civil, do ramo de Construções, o presente
relatório aborda um estudo de soluções climáticas simples de um edifício de habitação unifamiliar.
O dimensionamento climático de um edifício é geralmente da responsabilidade da Engenharia
Mecânica, no entanto é do interesse do Engenheiro Civil que para sistemas simples não seja necessária
uma intervenção externa para abordar esta área.
Este trabalho tem como tema a conceção e estudo de um sistema simples de climatização de habitação.
O estudo consiste no dimensionamento de um sistema de aquecimento central e de águas quentes
sanitárias, que têm por base o mesmo equipamento definido pelo dono de obra.
Para tornar este dimensionamento simples, realizou-se um manual com procedimentos de cálculo e
uma folha Excel para o dimensionamento automático dos equipamentos e acessórios.

The study consists in a central heating system and hot water dimensioning, which are based on the same equipment as defined by the project owner. To make this simple, it was made a manual with calculation procedures and an Excel sheet for automatic scaling of equipment and accessories.
