Abstract(s)
O trabalho que agora se apresenta tem como finalidade refletir sobre o envolvimento participativo de diversos stakeholders na gestão de uma organização do terceiro setor. Sustentado na metodologia de investigação-ação, este estudo de caso analisou a trajetória de envolvimento de alguns stakeholders do Centro Social Paroquial de Santa Eulália – Vizela, abordou a natureza das suas ações participativas, mas fundamentalmente fez referência ao papel destes agentes no modelo de gestão institucional. O estudo abordou as diferentes visões e ligações presentes numa gestão que se quer participada. Intentou-se, assim, depreender de que forma uma organização do terceiro setor promove a participação na sua gestão, como esta participação é assumida e reconhecida pelos diversos stakeholders e como a organização toma partido destes processos participativos, para uma maior eficácia na gestão organizacional.
Desta investigação sobressai a ideia que uma gestão participada permite uma maior transparência, responsabilidade e compromisso, ao mesmo tempo que exige uma abertura e disponibilidade dos quadros dirigentes, algo nem sempre simples de se realizar.

Sustained in the action-research methodology, this case study, alluded to the involvement of some stakeholders in the Centro Social Paroquial de Santa Eulália - Vizela, addressed the nature of their joint actions, but fundamentally referred to the role of these agents in the institutional management model.
