O presente projeto de investigação procura refletir a aprendizagem de um dos conteúdos elementares à formação académica de um pianista
jazz - a construção de voicings. Esta prática harmónica é vasta e especialmente exigente, dada a sua aplicação em contexto improvisado.
Este trabalho compreendeu a investigação bibliográfica aliada a excertos pianísticos transcritos, de modo a relacionar a teoria à prática, com o objetivo de alcançar um saber panorâmico e flexível, porém profundo, sobre esta matéria, visando o seu ensino.
The following research project reflects the learning process of one of the fundamental subjects in the academic education of a jazz pianist - the construction of voicings. This harmonic practice is vast and particularly demanding due to its application in an improvised context. This work encompasses bibliographic research combined with transcribed piano excerpts, aiming to relate theory to practice, with the goal of achieving a wide and flexible yet profound understanding of this subject, with a focus on its learning.
