| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio de qualificação profissional, realizado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Prática Pedagógica Supervisionada no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, inserida no Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, intenta apresentar a intervenção desenvolvida em contexto de estágio, evidenciando a sua dimensão fulcral no processo de formação da mestranda, nomeadamente, na construção do seu perfil profissional e na consolidação das suas convicções sobre a conceção educativa que se lhe afigura pertinente para com as exigências de um mundo em permanente mudança. Alicerçando a sua conceção educativa em quatro pilares estruturais – aprender a conhecer, aprender a fazer, aprender a viver em sociedade e aprender a ser (Delors et al., 1998) – a mestranda desenvolveu a sua prática pedagógica sustentada em pressupostos teóricos e legais que a fundamentaram e numa atitude crítica e reflexiva que favoreceu a prossecução de ciclos sucessivos de observação, planificação, ação e reflexão, inerentes à metodologia de investigação-ação (Latorre, 2008). Num comprometimento com a melhoria do processo de ensino e aprendizagem e com o seu aperfeiçoamento profissional, edificou a sua intervenção sobre perspetivas pedagógicas construtivistas, valorizando a consecução da integração curricular, a diversificação de estratégias e a diferenciação pedagógica. No final do percurso de estágio, evidencia-se o desenvolvimento significativo de competências inerentes ao perfil do docente do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, que não termina, contudo, no momento da profissionalização, mas se prolonga, de forma inequívoca e essencial, ao longo da vida (Decretos- Lei n.º 240/2001 e n.º 241/2001, de 30 de agosto). | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This professional qualification training year report, written in the context of the Supervised Pedagogical Practice Curricular Unit in primary schools, included in the Pre-School Education and Primary teaching Master’s degree, has as its purpose to present the intervention developed throughout the training year, highlighting its essential dimension in the development process of the Master’s degree student, particularly in the construction of her professional profile and in the consolidation of her convictions about the educational conception as it is considered as pertinent towards the demands of a world in constant change. Building her educational conception on four structural pillars – learning to know, learning to do, learning to live in society and learning to be (Delors et al., 1998) – the Master’s degree student developed her pedagogical practice based on theoretical and legal assumptions that have substantiated her work and on a critical and reflexive attitude that favoured the pursuit of successive cycles of observation, planning, action and reflection, underlying in the action research methodology (Latorre, 2008). By committing to the improvement of the teaching and learning process and to her own professional refinement, she has based her intervention upon the constructivist pedagogical perspectives, valuing the achievement of the curricular integration, the diversification of strategies and the pedagogical differentiation. At the end of the training path, what stands out is the meaningful development of the primary school teacher profile inherent competences, that, however, does not end in the moment of the professionalization, but that goes on, in an unmistakable and essential way, throughout one’s life (Decree-Law no. 240/2001 and no. 241/2001, 30 August). | eng |
