| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório descreve e fundamenta o percurso de formação pedagógica, pessoal e social, bem como a apropriação dos referentes teóricos legais no decorrer do estágio desenvolvido, no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Prática Educativa Supervisionada, inserida no Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Ao longo do presente relatório são mobilizados saberes práticos, teóricos e legais que contribuíram para a construção da identidade profissional de um docente de perfil duplo. A Metodologia de Investigação-Ação serviu como base para todo o processo investigativo com vista a melhorar a qualidade da ação, emergindo num processo cíclico de observação, planificação, ação e reflexão. As ações pedagógicas presentes no presente relatório visam o desenvolvimento holístico da criança, posicionando-a no epicentro do processo educativo. Sob a perspetiva socio-construtivista, o desenvolvimento de pedagogias ativas e indo ao encontro dos interesses e necessidades evencidas pelas crianças, procurou-se desenvolver uma prática inclusiva em que o educando é o coconstrutor da sua própria aprendizagem. Assim, ao longo de todo relatório é evidente o crescimento de uma identidade profissional que se desenvolveu nos dois contextos de estágio. Identidade marcada pela postura reflexiva e investigativa e a procura por novos conhecimentos, de modo, a transformar a prática educativa. Tendo a PES permitido o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional da discente, desvendando o que é realmente ser educador e professor. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report describes and bases the path of pedagogical, personal and social training, as well as the appropriation of legal theoretical references during the developed internship, within the scope of the Curriculum Unit of Supervised Educational Practice, inserted in the Master's degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. Throughout this report practical, theoretical and legal knowledge are mobilized and contributed to the construction of the professional identity of a teacher with a double profile. The Action-Research Methodology served as a base for the entire investigative process with a view to improving the quality of the action, emerging in a cyclical process of observation, planning action and reflection. The pedagogical actions present in this report aim at the holistic development of the child, positioning them at the epicenter of the educational process. From a socio-constructivist perspective, the development of active pedagogies and meeting the interests and needs of children, we sought to develop an inclusive practice in which the student is the co-builder of his own learning. Thus, throughout the report, it is evident the growth of a professional identity that developed in both internship contexts. Identity marked by reflexive and investigative posture and the search for new knowledge, in order to transform the educational practice. Having Supervised Educational Practice allowed the personal and professional development of the student, unveiling what it is really to be an educator and teacher. | pt_PT |
