| dc.description.abstract | O trabalho realizado no relatório de estágio tem como finalidade, a obtenção do grau de mestre em educação de infância, tendo como propósito a análise crítica e reflexiva de todo o processo desenvolvido nos contextos de creche e pré-escolar. Ao longo deste relatório são abordadas questões de cariz teórico e legal, que sustentaram e orientaram as práticas desenvolvidas ao longo dos estágios. Estão mencionadas referências à imagem de criança como um ser ativo, competente, criativo e autónomo e, o papel do educador enquanto agente ativo, participativo e reflexivo. Tendo este como objetivo observar e interagir com as crianças, tornando-se capaz de escutar as suas vozes, planear, agir e avaliar de forma a responder às suas necessidades e interesses. Neste sentido é imprescindível, adotar uma atitude crítica, reflexiva e indagadora, permitindo responder de forma apropriada a cada grupo e a cada criança, numa perspetiva diferenciada. Sendo esta, uma postura que a mestranda adotou, como forma de compreender a realidade e agir com o intuito de melhorar a qualidade da sua ação educativa. Também, estão mencionados os modelos/perspetivas pedagógicas que a mestranda se identificou ao longo da sua prática, assim como os processos educativos desenvolvidos, a observação, a planificação, a ação, a reflexão e a avaliação. Este relatório surge, também, como uma possibilidade de a mestranda, refletir sobre a aprendizagem, crescimento e evolução, que contribuíram para melhorar a sua prática, assim como todo o caminho que ainda tem que percorrer. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The work performed in the internship report aims to obtain a master's degree in childhood education, with the purpose of critical and reflexive analysis of the whole process developed in the contexts of nursery and preschool. Throughout this report, theoretical and legal issues have been addressed, which have supported and guided the practices developed during the internships. It is mentioned the references to the image of the child as an active, competent, creative and autonomous being, and the role of the educator as an active, participative and reflective agent. Having this the goal to observe and interact with the children, becoming able to listen to their voices, plan, act and evaluate in a way to respond to their needs and interests. In this sense, it is indispensable to adopt a critical, reflective and inquiring attitude, allowing to respond appropriately to each group and each child, in a differentiated perspective. Being this, a posture that the master student adopted, as a way of understanding the reality and acting with the intention of improving the quality of her educational action. Also mentioned are the pedagogical models/perspectives that the master student identified herself during her practice, as well as the educational processes developed, the observation, the planning, the action, the reflection and the evaluation. This report, also arises, as a possibility for the master student to reflect on learning, growth and evolution, which have contributed to improve her practice, as well as all the way she has yet to go. | pt_PT |
