Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho, desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Artes Cénicas, especialização em Direção de Cena e Produção, analisa a importância das dinâmicas relacionais no trabalho de equipa na produção artística. A investigação parte de duas experiências de estágio, no Teatro da Palmilha Dentada e no projeto performativo Matilha, que permitiram observar diferentes modelos de organização, metodologias de trabalho e formas de colaboração. A partir da articulação entre prática e reflexão teórica, o estudo pretende explorar como a comunicação, a cooperação e o cuidado influenciam a coesão das equipas, a qualidade dos processos e do resultado artístico. Conclui-se que a produção artística é, acima de tudo, uma prática ética e humana, centrada na escuta e na mediação, onde a empatia e o reconhecimento mútuo se revelam essenciais para a construção de ambientes de trabalho sustentáveis e colaborativos no processo de criação artística.
This study, developed within the Master’s in Performing Arts, specialization in Stage Management and Production, examines the importance of relational dynamics in teamwork whitin artistic production. The research is based on two internship experiences, at Teatro da Palmilha Dentada and in the performative project Matilha, which provided insight into differente models of organization and collaboration in the performing arts. Through the intersection between practice and theoretical reflection, the study explores how communication, cooperation, and care shape team cohesion and influence the quality of creative processes. The findings show that artistic production is, above all, an ethical and human practice grounded in listening and mediation, where empathy and mutual recognition are essential to building sustainable and collaborative working environments.
