No âmbito do segundo semestre do mestrado em Marketing Digital, do Instituto
Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP), o presente relatório tem
como objetivo descrever e dar provas das tarefas desenvolvidas no estágio curricular de
três meses, entre 5 de fevereiro de 2023 e 5 de maio de 2023, realizado em regime de
teletrabalho na Blue Bolt Agency, uma agência de Marketing situada em Lisboa.
As funções e tarefas exercidas durante o estágio, focaram-se na realização de auditorias
matinais às páginas das redes sociais, dos quatro clientes que me foram atribuídos, o
planeamento e criação de calendários mensais para vários clientes, o desenvolvimento
de newsletters, elaboração de artigos sobre várias temáticas para o blog da empresa, a
criação de campanhas, o desenvolvimento de raiz de uma proposta para a página de
Wikipédia da agência acolhedora, e outros projetos, como por exemplo, o
desenvolvimento de guiões de narração para vídeos publicitários.
No presente relatório encontra-se a descrição detalhada de todas as atividades
executadas durante o estágio na Blue Bolt Agency, onde pude aplicar todos os
conhecimentos adquiridos nas unidades curriculares do mestrado de Marketing digital
do ISCAP.
Durante o estágio foi me disponibilizada a hipótese de trabalhar com várias ferramentas
de Marketing, com as quais não tinha qualquer experiência, e aprofundar o meu
conhecimento teórico com atividades práticas em clientes reais, de modo a completar
todos os objetivos que me foram apresentados ao longo do estágio.
Por fim, este relatório está organizado em capítulos, sendo iniciado pela introdução do
mesmo, seguido da revisão de literatura, apresentação da entidade acolhedora, a
descrição de todas as tarefas desenvolvidas durante o estágio e terminando com a
análise crítica a todo o estágio.
As part of the second semester of the master's degree in Digital Marketing, at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (ISCAP), this report aims to list, describe and provide evidence of the various tasks developed during the three month internship, between the dates of five of February of 2023 and the fifth of May 2023, carried out via telecommuting at Blue Bolt Agency, a Marketing Agency located in Lisbon. The functions and tasks carried out during the internship, focused on carrying out morning audits of the social media pages of the four clients assigned to me, planning and creating monthly calendars for various clients, developing newsletters, writing articles on various topics for the company's blog, the creation of campaigns for numerous clients, the development from scratch of a proposal for the Wikipedia page of the hosting agency, and other projects such as the development of narration scripts for advertising videos. In this report you can find a detailed description of all the activities carried out during the internship at Blue Bolt Agency, where I was able to apply all the knowledge acquired in the curricular units of the master's degree in digital Marketing at ISCAP. During the internship, I was given the opportunity to work with various Marketing tools, with which I had no experience, and to deepen my theoretical knowledge with practical activities on real clients, in order to complete all the objectives that were presented to me throughout the internship. Finally, this report is organized into chapters, starting with the introduction of the same, followed by the literature review, a presentation of the internship entity, the description of all the tasks developed during the internship and ending with the critical analysis of the entire internship.
