Este relatório reflete a prática educativa e documenta o trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Música da Escola Superior de Música e das Artes do Espetáculo do Porto. O documento divide-se em três capítulos.
O primeiro capítulo expõe e debate a instituição de acolhimento do estágio profissional, o Conservatório de Música de Coimbra.
O segundo capítulo, incide sobre a prática educativa supervisionada, com especial ênfase no trabalho desenvolvido em sala de aula.
No terceiro, é apresentado o projeto de investigação que trata as principais lesões musculosqueléticas nos saxofonistas, a importância de um aquecimento corporal como método profilático e a análise da Técnica de Alexander, do Método de Feldenkrais e da prática de Yoga, culminando numa sequencia de exercícios, simples e lúdica para que os professores de saxofone possam perceber e alertar, desde cedo, para a importância destes métodos na vida de um músico e realizá-la com os alunos do ensino básico.
This report reflects the educational practice and documents the work developed within the scope of the Master in Music Teaching at the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo do Porto. The document is divided into three chapters. The first chapter exposes and debates the institution hosting the professional internship, Conservatório de Música de Coimbra. The second chapter focuses on supervised educational practice, with a special focus on work developed in the classroom. The third and last chapter presents the research project, that deals with the main musculoskeletal injuries in saxophonists, the importance of body warming as a prophylactic method and the analysis of Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method and Yoga practice, culminating in a sequence of exercises, simple and playful so that saxophone teachers can perceive and alert, from an early age, to the importance of these methods in the life of a musician and to carry it out with the students in basic education.
