Abstract(s)
O Brasil tem se destacado como um dos maiores produtores de
commodities agrícolas do mundo e o estado do Mato Grosso se
sobressaem na produção de grãos (milho, s oja), carnes e algodão.
A cidade de Campo Novo do Parecis, chamada carinhosamente por
seus moradores de “celeiro nacional da produção” por ser uma das
cidades de maior produção agrícola do Brasil, e é nessa cidade que está
localizada o Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso Campus Campo Novo do
Parecis (IFMT CCNP), contando com os cursos de Agronomia e o Curso
Técnico em Agropecuária, que insere, anualmente profissionais para
atender o tecido empresarial local e regional. Ultimamente, a sociedade
envolvente aco lhedora destes recém formados tem devolvido alguns
reparos quanto ao modo como os estágios curriculares decorrem, bem
como nota se aqui e acolá alguns comentários e descontentamentos por
parte dos alunos e docentes. Assim, surgiu nos a ideia de investigar como
decorre este curso, que expectativas são ou não satisfeitas por todas as
partes envolvidas.
Foi diante deste cenário que foi desenvolvida a presente pesquisa,
no sentido de se averiguar as condições em que o curso é ministrado, e
que resultados são ob tidos, com que impressão ficam todos os elementos
envolvidos no processo.
A pesquisa abarcou 102 Discentes, sete Docentes, 10 Técnicos
Administrativos e 40 Empresas. A Conclusão é que os discentes não estão
satisfeitos com o estágio e nem com as aulas prát icas, os Docentes estão
mais voltados à parte teórica do curso, portanto o Curso Técnico em
Agropecuária do IFMT CCNP necessita de ajustes para melhor atender
os alunos e o tecido empresarial.
