O presente relatório de estágio materializa o trabalho realizado na empresa DNI
Consultores, Lda, através de um estágio curricular com uma duração de 600 horas
distribuídas ao longo de cinco meses. Este período de aprendizagem constante, teve como
objetivo a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Contabilidade e Finanças pelo Instituto
Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto.
Neste relatório é realizada uma análise económica e financeira a um projeto de
investimento utilizando o método da atualização dos fluxos de caixa. Este estudo iniciou
com uma sugestão de empresa, tendo em conta as características e área de atuação do
projeto, seguida da elaboração de todos os mapas necessários à avaliação económica e
financeira do projeto.
Deste modo, da análise realizada, conclui-se que o projeto de investimento da nova
unidade de turismo rural, com base nos pressupostos definidos, revela-se viável ao nível
dos indicadores financeiros, nomeadamente Valor Atual Líquido, Taxa Interna de
Rendibilidade, Índice de Rendibilidade e Payback Period. Através da análise de risco, foi
possível perceber a variação de certas variáveis para que o VAL chegasse a zero.
This internship report materializes the work carried out in the company DNI Consultores, Lda, through a curricular internship lasting 600 hours spread over five months. This period of constant learning was aimed at obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto. This report carries out an economic and financial analysis of an investment project using the discounted cash flow method. This study began with a company suggestion, considering the characteristics and area of operation of the project, followed by the preparation of all the maps necessary for the economic and financial evaluation of the project. From the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the investment project for the new rural tourism unit, based on the assumptions defined, is viable in terms of financial indicators, namely Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Return Index and Payback Period. Through the risk analysis, it was possible to understand the variation of certain variables in order to NPV reach zero.
