O presente relatório de estágio integra-se na unidade curricular de
Integração Curricular: Prática Educativa e Relatório de Estágio que se insere no
mestrado profissionalizante em Ensino do 1º e 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.
O percurso efetuado pela mestranda no âmbito da Prática de Ensino
Supervisionada tem como intencionalidade a de narrar toda a jornada que se
fez e onde se aprendeu, refletiu e cresceu. Assim, reflete-se sobre o percurso
formativo concebido ao longo deste mestrado de forma crítica e numa
perspetiva de humildade e vontade de progredir pessoal e profissionalmente.
Estas páginas apresentam os pressupostos teóricos e legais que basearam
toda a ação da mestranda, retratando toda a reflexão em torno das crenças da
professora estagiária em relação às dimensões indispensáveis a um docente.
Ao longo da prática, a professora estagiária adotou sempre uma postura
baseada na perspetiva de investigação-ação, pois acredita que esta confere
riqueza ao ensino no sentido em que, através do questionamento reflexivo por
parte do docente, melhora e aperfeiçoa as suas práticas.
À luz dos saberes teóricos que sustentaram toda a ação da professora
estagiária, sublinha-se a gestão flexível do currículo, que se espera que se
traduza em aprendizagens significativas, e a reflexão como prática de análise
introspetiva por parte do docente acerca das suas práticas de forma a burilálas.
O Relatório de Estágio pretende então que as aprendizagens de hoje reflitam
as conquistas de amanhã num processo constante e ininterrupto de conferir ao
docente rigor e qualidade no ensino
This training report is part of the curricular unit of Curricular Integration: Educational Practice and Training Report which is included in the Master’s degree in Teaching of the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Basic Education. The path made by the graduate student under the Supervised Educational Practice intends to recount the journey that was made and where she learnt, reflected and grew. A reflection is presented about this training path, in a critical and humble perspective and with a desire to advance personally and professionally. These written pages present the theoretical and legal assumptions which have based the entire action of the graduate student, by portraying the reflection around the teacher trainee's beliefs regarding the essential dimensions towards being a teacher. During the practice, the teacher trainee took a position based on the research-action perspective, because she believes that it provides greatness to education, improving teacher's practices, through reflective questioning. Under the theoretical framework that helped to sustain the teacher trainee's action, it is important to underline the flexible management of the curriculum which hopefully will translate into meaningful learning and also to emphasize reflection as a practice of introspective analysis about the practices so as to improve them. The aim of the training report is to show how today's learning reflects the tomorrow's achievements in a continuous process that provides the teacher with precision and quality in education
