Neste Projeto partimos dos universos da nostalgia e da memória das raĆzes, do exĆlio e do luto pela impossibilidade de retorno. Procuramos contribuir para uma repossibilitação artĆstica destes conceitos e desafiamo-nos a construir um objeto performativo a partir deles.
Contributos para uma materialização performativa interdisciplinar a partir do conceito de nostalgia procura abrir espaƧo Ć afirmação do eufónio no contexto das prĆ”ticas performativas contemporĆ¢neas. Nela cruzam-se os territórios da voz, da notação grĆ”fica, da improvisação conceptual, e do vĆdeo, numa direção interdisciplinar.
No presente trabalho escrito fundamentamos o processo adotado na transformação do conceito central de nostalgia, e na sua materialização em performance. E refletimos sobre o papel da investigação artĆstica aplicada na aproximação a respostas Ć s questƵes centrais que nos acompanham neste processo criativo.
In this Project, we take the universes of nostalgia and memory of the roots, exile and mourning for the impossibility of returning. We search for possibilities of artistic expression that symbolize these universes, and we challenge ourselves to use them in a performative construction. Contributions to a materialization of an interdisciplinary performance from the concept of nostalgia seek to claim the position of the euphonium in the context of contemporary performance practices. It crosses the territories of voice, graphic notation, concept improvisation, video, in an interdisciplinary direction. In this dissertation, we explain the process that we used to transform the central concept of nostalgia, and how we materialized it in a performance. And we reflect about the role of the practiced based research in the approach to answers to the central questions which come out from this creative process.
